Our 2nd time staying at this wonderful place!
The location is perfect and it has developed so much and with so many places to visit!
The housekeeping team is still as excellent as our 1st stay.
We upgraded our room to seaview and that’s the best choice ever!
Ok so location is defo the best thing about the hotel. It is quite old and dated. The rooms are tiny, the toilet is right against the bath tub so 0 space to sit down. The bathroom had quite a lot of rust in too.
Bed was very hard and small so two of us sharing was a challenge. Stayed on 28th floor and honestly it could take over 5 mins to get a lift. WiFi in the room was non existent too, which we mentioned but was not able to be sorted.
‘Harbour view’ was not necessarily true either,.
Staff of course were very friendly and helpful, so nothing against them.
Area is great with lots of different places to eat and drink and very close to the metro
Very convenient

It's a very good value for money. Location is very convenient, the room is a bit small but very clean and tidy. There's an outside garden so we could take away food and eat there. Simple but there's a breakfast provided and it was very helpful.

Stayed at the Conrad overnight for a flight. Hotel service was exceptional across the board, from check in to housekeeping to my eventual shuttle to the IFC to take the AirPort Express. Staff were considerate and friendly. The only downside was that breakfast was quite busy, but I went down at 9 am, which was a peak time.
Location: About 150 meters from Sheung Wan MTR Station and just over 1 km from the Central district, making transportation quite convenient.
Hotel Experience: This is a newly opened hotel with about 10 rooms per floor. The hallway smells quite pungent, though there's an air purifier. The rooms are almost odorless, but they're small and newly renovated. Cleanliness is excellent, but the amenities are average. It feels like a mainland Chinese business hotel, not quite a 4-star hotel. The curtains have blackout blinds, which is crucial for a good night's sleep.
Breakfast: It's worth mentioning that breakfast is on the 38th floor, with a window seat offering a sea view. It's a set meal, and you can choose from Western and Japanese set meals for your own breakfast. The food is delicious. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Afterward, a cup of freshly ground coffee refreshed me for the day.
Hotel is very convenient from Shueng Wan Station. Plenty of food options around. The apartment type is convenient for big families to stay together and yet still have privacy in individual rooms. Especially good with one bathroom for each room.
Tip: Nearest mtr exit to hotel is A2. Note that none of the exits have elevators nor downward escalators, so you will need to carry your luggages down the flight of stairs to the station level.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Bishop Lei Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, and the room itself was spacious, clean, and had a breathtaking view of the city and harbor.
Overall, a great value for money and a very enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back!

Services and amenities are great. Only two negative points I had which will prevent me from ever going back there: they used the email address I provided to subscribe me to their marketing emails despite explicitly asking not to and filling the form to avoid these emails as well. I am now receiving few emails a day and unable to unsubscribe. I had to create a specific rule for GHA Discovery emails to go straight to the bin, but they also subscribed me to third party marketing…
The second point, I purchased a food credit when I checked in, during the whole stay the staff won’t answer how much of that was used, only on check out they’d let you know if you spent more to pay the balance.

This is our second stay at YING’nFLO, Wesley Admiralty, Hong Kong.
High recommended due to strategic location and highly accessible public transport options - bus stop and tram station right in front of the hotel, can opt for MTR Wan Chai Exit D (Escalator - flat ground walking) or MTR Admiralty Exit F (access through Three Pacific Place). Many local eateries, cafes (blue bottle, A.P.T., Elephant Grounds, etc), restaurants within 100m-300m radius.
Some amenities required purchase through vending machine at lobby area.
Spacious room with high speed internet (sign up for free as ‘Brilliant by Langham’ member), comes with water dispenser machine in the room.
We were thankful to have friendly and helpful front desk associates during our stay, would like to compliment Mandy who helped us hail a taxi to Hong Kong MTR station during checkout (we were warned it’s challenging to get taxis due to short distance between the hotel and HK MTR station).

VVARENYAMI had an excellent stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. What truly made it exceptional was the extraordinary team working there—every interaction was warm, professional, and thoughtful. The room was a beautiful blend of classic elegance and modern comfort, spacious and immaculately maintained. As a foreign visitor, I found the hotel incredibly welcoming and easy to navigate, with staff always ready to assist. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, close to everything. An unforgettable experience made possible by outstanding people.

GGuest UserEasy to find hotel but need a little walk from citybus bus stop. Room is clean and have space to place luggages, shower room is ok, clean. You need to bring your own amenities. Hotel has shampoo and shower gel only. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Pls add their WhatsApp, it will help you when you can’t find hotel or need any assistances, staff response so quick. Check out time is noon but you can leave luggage with them till 10.00 pm (if not wrong) without extra charge. Around hotel are filled with good restaurants, coffee shops, near MTR exit A1. Overall it is convenience for travelers.
GGuest UserOne of the few hotels that allows accommodation of 4 (two adults, an infant and a child under 9) in a single room.
Location is excellent and view is amazing. The room is newly renovated, very clean and tidy. Room is very well thought out and very good sized. Only downside is it takes awhile to get into an elevator during peak hours. Relatively kids friendly, booking during Christmas stay included welcome loot bags for kids.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel was excellent, with direct mall access to the mall and MTR.
The rooms were fresh feeling and large bathrooms. Bed was soft and amazing. Mountain view with partial harbour view was OK, but not worth paying extra for.
The check-in service was very manual and slow. Given this was the holiday period, but the process when engaged was very slow.
We used the swimming pool which needs a refresh when compared to the Shangri-La next door. There are good gym and also dining options.

SSandersThe service was outstanding. From reception to the concierge, the service was helpful and exceptional. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and were cleaned to a high standard. The hotel is located on the island, around a 9-minute drive from central and a similar walk to MTR. I would stay here again, but I would love it to be 1km closer to the action!
JJLo853The room size is spacious and the check in check out process was fast. We have request extra blankets in our booking but it seems it didn’t get to arranged for us. Other than that, everything is ok.
GGuest UserNice awesome fabulous views
Stay is peaceful
It is uphill
But only shuttle service is limited
I enjoyed my stay and also want to stay there on my next trip
GGuest UserThe location in Central meant that the hotel was well connected to everything I needed, with only a little walk to the areas of interest. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, and I felt very well looked after. The room was cozy and very clean. The towels felt very soft. The TV was responsive. The view and the electric blinds/curtains were very convenient.
My only gripe is a minor one; the buttons for the windows are not bedside, so in the morning you'll have to get up to open them. That's only a problem for lazy people like myself though. Overall, I highly recommend it if anyone is looking for a convenient stay on the island.
AAnonymous UserThis is a no frills yet comfortable guest house with a stunning view of the Victoria Harbour. The deluxe room is spacious by local standards yet did not cost a bomb at all. It's situated right behind a bustling high street with lots of eateries and amenities. It is also round the corner from the tram and bus stops, including a direct route to the airport. The MTR station is also just a short walk away. All in all, a good choice for people who want to experience living in an authentic local neighbourhood.
