We just spent a lovely weekend at this hotel and overall, we were very impressed. It's a fantastic choice for a modern and convenient getaway.
First, the positives, which are numerous:
Stylish & Modern: The design is absolutely beautiful. The lobby and rooms are decorated with a clean, contemporary aesthetic that feels both luxurious and welcoming.
Unbeatable Location: The location is perfect. It's just a short walk from the main public transportation hub, making it incredibly easy to get around without a car. We loved being steps away from great restaurants and cafes. The biggest bonus was the immediate access to different water sports—being able to just walk out and go kayaking was a highlight.
Top-Notch Facilities: Everything feels brand new. The gym was well-equipped, the common areas were spotless, and we really enjoyed the pool area.
Excellent Staff: Every staff member we interacted with, from check-in to housekeeping, was exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful. They really made us feel well taken care of.
There were, however, two noticeable issues that held us back from a 5-star rating:
Poor WiFi: The WiFi was consistently slow throughout our stay. It was fine for checking emails but struggled with anything more data-heavy, like streaming or uploading videos.
Faulty In-Room TV: The LCD TV panel in our room was not working properly. The right side of the screen was noticeably dark, which made watching anything quite frustrating.
Overall, we had a wonderful time. The hotel's strengths in design, location, and service far outweigh the technological drawbacks. We would definitely consider staying here again,
This is already my third stay here this year, and it's definitely the top choice hotel if you're visiting HKUST. Transportation is incredibly convenient; Tseung Kwan O MTR station connects to other lines, providing quick access to various parts of the city. For HKUST, simply turn right a few steps out of the hotel and catch the 792M double-decker bus, which stops at HKUST on its way to Sai Kung. Alternatively, take the MTR one stop to Hang Hau, then exit and turn left to catch mini-bus 11M, which is extremely quick. A large shopping mall is directly downstairs, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel's shuttle bus is very useful, especially for getting to the city center. The nearby Tseung Kwan O Waterfront Park is great for a stroll, and you can even take a ferry from there to Sai Wan Ho.
Great location, close to the MTR station and a big shopping mall with many restaurants is just downstairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The carpet in the room is a little dirty and the room is not dusted very well. And the furnitures are a little worn out. Bathroom small but okay. The check-in area is a small room and has no furnitures for you to sit down. The main receiption hall next door is packed with vending machines, not a nice area to receive any friends or family, making it look like a cheaper hotel than the amount of money they charge for.

The room is hygienic, it is relatively small, the youth travel is like this, the boss is very good! The bathroom is separate, the bathroom is very hygienic! ! ! ! It's relatively clean!
The hotel room has very nice sea view and quite spacious. The facilities in the room are rather basic and the room condition has deteriorated quite a lot since my last visit a few years ago when it was new. The breakfast is ok but the beverage is a bit not up to my expectation ( all juices, milk, coffee and tea are self service and coffee is not hot enough). The swimming pool has nice view but a bit cold.

I booked a double suite here a week ago. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I assumed Mong Kok would be relatively unsafe. After reading numerous reviews of B&Bs, I felt even more apprehensive. So, I decided to stay for one night and then extend my stay if the environment was good. Arriving in Mong Kok, I was unfamiliar with the area, so I got lost for a while. Once I found my way, I discovered there were two entrances, one closed after 11 PM. There were also two elevators at each entrance, one for odd and one for even numbers. Upon check-in, the host was very welcoming. Perhaps because the double room was full or something else, they gave us a triple room with a window at no extra charge. The door had a combination lock, and the room was spotless, with spotless floors and immaculately white walls. There was no clutter on the bed, and the quilt was neatly folded. The bathroom was also spotless, with no odors or debris. It was a bit cramped, and the toilet had a long, lingering clatter after flushing, which I hope could be improved. There was also a small TV in the room, but the channel selection was a bit limited. The room also provided hangers, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel, but you had to bring your own toothpaste. Seeing this, I decided to renew my lease the next day. To my surprise, the double room seemed to be sold out. The landlord then asked me what I had paid for the room. Before I could find my bill, the landlord had already extended my stay for another night at 350 RMB, which was 2 RMB lower than the price on the platform! Overall, I personally felt the room was better than the promotional photos, exceeding my expectations. The landlord's service attitude also made me sincerely decide to write a positive review for her. 👍 I will definitely choose this B&B again next time.

Basically you can, but the room is close to the washing machine, someone is doing laundry too early in the morning, and no windows, to go out of the front desk to add drinking water, add a quilt, and no, the bed is too small, it is impossible to live two people.

The location surely nearby the Mongkok Metro station exit D. However, the room is quite noisy to either a neighborhood or to the street itself. Even tho the service is quite friendly, thanks to that.
