Late at night, I accidentally turned on the red light by my bedside, and a chill ran down my spine. When I returned to my room that night, the hallway was pitch black, with just that one lonely red light. The hotel's design was truly bizarre.

The service was excellent, and the response was prompt. The room was very clean and tidy. The facilities were complete and new. The environment was quiet and clean, suitable for various activities such as families, friends and relatives, and business team building.

Service: We were on a self-drive trip, and the host arranged an underground parking spot for us, which was incredibly convenient. Parking is generally difficult in big cities. This was very helpful since I was traveling with elderly family members and a lot of luggage. Environment: This is a genuine homestay, not like other places that are more like apartment hotels. It's next to a park, offering great views. It's close to the road, so there's a bit of noise if you open the windows. Hygiene: The cleaning was very thorough, but there was an odor from the bathroom floor drain, likely from the sewer. Facilities: The room was super spacious with many amenities. The host has an adorable child. The house is filled with many interesting little ornaments, toys, and even a piano, which gives the impression that the host is a mother who loves life. There were some personal items in the room, but they didn't interfere with guests' normal use. The standing air conditioner and kettle couldn't be used (mainly because I couldn't find an outlet), but we didn't really need them during this season anyway.

This stay experience far exceeded expectations, and must be praised! The location of the hotel is too good. It is a three-minute walk from the subway station. It is especially convenient to go to the attractions and business districts. There are several local restaurants with good reputations around. The room was even more surprising, cleaned spotlessly, even the gap between the bedside table was very clean, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I fell asleep not long after lying down. The most plus point is the service. When the front desk checked in, he took the initiative to recommend the niche punching point, and gave the map intimately; Called for a bottle of mineral water, it was delivered in less than two minutes, and the whole attitude was particularly enthusiastic. This price can have such services and facilities, the price is really high, and I will stay here next time!

Location is far from the centre of Harbin so you’ll have to pay more for your transport. All the attractions such as Volga Manor, St Sophia Cathedral and Zhongyang Street are at least 30-70 mins away by car. The hotel is very clean and room service is available everyday. However, the toilet door couldn’t close and there were plumbing issue with the sink. The hotel corridor and lobby also smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The hotel staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. They charge you for the packet of tissue paper and disposable towel in the room.

Fantastic experience! The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room was fully equipped, and the bed was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a baby. The TV was high-definition, and both the air conditioning and shower worked perfectly. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were warm and attentive. The room was spotless, making for a truly comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back!

A stay that exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the shopping district and subway station, making getting around super easy. The room was impeccably clean, with impeccable attention to detail, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep in until I naturally woke up. The staff were incredibly nice, enthusiastic, patient, and responsive, even proactively recommending local off-the-beaten-path activities. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Hotel location is very good, into the twin city is on the roadside. Although the hotel is a bit long, it is clean and tidy, the front desk service is warm, it is also close to the business district, and will choose next time.
