The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card. If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied. Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability. The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea. That's all. ICLUB was such a wonderful surprise for budget accommodation in HK. Location is super convenient and the hotel itself boasts excellent service comfortable and functional rooms and a 2nd floor smoke free complementary coffee and snack bar that's a wonderful place to start and finish your day. Everything was beyond expectation. Will book again next time I visit. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

I booked a corner sea-view room on the top floor for my proposal. The location is good, and the wine-opening service was appreciated. However, the service was disappointing. The hotel doesn't provide free drinking water, and this wasn't explained at check-in. While we later understood this might be due to government policy, it's not something tourists would typically know. Getting this information involved being bounced between Housekeeping and the Front Desk, with a poor attitude from the staff. The room also lacked essentials, requiring multiple calls to Housekeeping. The service needs significant improvement.

I recently spent three nights at Dorsett Kai Tak during a quick business trip mixed with some sightseeing, and it exceeded my expectations for a brand-new property in this up-and-coming neighborhood. The hotel's location in Kai Tak is spot-on—right next to the future sports park (perfect for event-goers) and just a short, complimentary shuttle ride away from AIRSIDE mall, which has fantastic shopping and dining options. It's about 20 minutes from Central by MTR, making it easy to hop around the city without the Tsim Sha Tsui crowds.Check-in was seamless, with friendly staff (shoutout to Gladys at the front desk for her quick tips on local spots). My room was modern and spotless, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning partial harbour views—woke up to the sunrise over Victoria Harbour every morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and amenities like the rain shower, Nespresso machine, and smart controls for lights/AC added that luxe touch without feeling over-the-top. Soundproofing was excellent; I didn't hear a peep from the hallway or nearby construction.The rooftop infinity pool is a highlight—serene with lounge chairs and those epic skyline views, though it was a bit chilly in October for a full swim. I loved the all-day restaurant Siete Ocho; the fusion Spanish-Sichuan dishes (try the spicy prawns) were flavorful and reasonably priced. The fitness center is compact but well-equipped, and the shuttle service ran like clockwork.A minor gripe: During peak event times nearby, traffic can snarl up the area, but the hotel's proactive updates via app helped. Overall, for the value (especially with the Genius discount), this is a fresh, vibrant spot that captures Kai Tak's rebirth as Hong Kong's cool new hub. I'd return in a heartbeat—highly recommend for modern comfort with a side of urban energy!

Exceeded All Expectations - A Flawless Hotel Experience We just concluded a perfect stay and couldn't be happier. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the lovely fragrance throughout the hotel—a small detail that makes a big difference. Our room was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong, and most importantly, it was impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious every morning. A real highlight was the swimming pool; it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. To top it all off, the staff kindly accommodated us with a late checkout, which made our departure day so much more relaxed. We cannot fault a single thing and will definitely be returning!

Good Review: Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong (a Shangri-La Hotel) – A Double Delight of Luxurious Sea-View Accommodation and Delicious ”Omelette”! My stay at Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong (a Shangri-La Hotel) was filled with highlights, from the accommodation to the dining! Hong Kong is a city where every inch of land is precious, so being able to stay in such a spacious sea-view room for around 2500 HKD offered far better value for money than expected, clearly outshining accommodations at a similar price point in Shanghai. The hotel, part of the Shangri-La Group, maintained its consistently excellent quality. While enjoying breakfast at the restaurant, I had to communicate with the staff using broken English and Cantonese, as they weren't very familiar with Mandarin, but this didn't detract from the delicious food at all. A special mention goes to the ”Omelette” – a Western breakfast specialty in Hong Kong, made by pan-frying beaten eggs with various ingredients. The omelette we ordered was incredibly smooth and rich in egg flavor. Even though it took two or three attempts to get the order right, it was so delicious that it left a lasting impression, proving popular even among foreign guests. Strategically located in Hung Hom Bay, the hotel boasts convenient transportation and breathtaking sea views. Whether it was the comfortable accommodation, the exquisite dining, or the attentive service, everything contributed to making this trip to Hong Kong exceptionally fulfilling. It's truly a high-quality choice that I wholeheartedly recommend!

Good room size. Clean bathroom. Comfortable shower. All the basic you would need. Modern design too. Somehow the room is very humid even when indoor temperature indicates 22 degrees. Slight security issue - the convenient store - I went there two nights to grab some drinks (after 10pm). It is supposed to be for hotel guests only - Entry from the hotel, and not from the street. For both nights, there were people speaking mandarin, trying to get in the store from the street (for which the door was locked). These people then got in the store as other goes out. Then they ask me to pay for them. I refused. And then when these people left the store, they head towards the street. Not sure if those were hotel guest.

The price was very cheap and the room was spacious enough, but the hotel's location was a bit inconvenient. Fortunately, there was a tour bus service. There were no convenience stores nearby, and the room didn't include a hairdryer, so you'll need to bring your own.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, very convenient for transport, and close to a market. It's just a 4 to 6-minute walk from Ho Man Tin MTR station, without even needing to cross the road. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning team were wonderful. The check-in process was very quick. The soundproofing was also excellent. Since there were no single rooms available when I checked in, I received a complimentary upgrade to a double room. I was really lucky and truly appreciate the arrangement. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Hung Hom for a show.

## Room **Pros:** Two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating four adults, with a living room/kitchenette. The sea view room offers a very nice view. **Cons:** The decor and furnishings are outdated. The water heater's noise can be disruptive in the smaller room, and you can hear noise from neighboring units both above and below. The air conditioning is also quite loud, and the hallway soundproofing is very poor. ## Transportation It's a 15-minute walk to the nearest MTR station (Whampoa), and bus stops are roughly the same distance. However, it's quite close to the Hung Hom Ferry Pier, where you can catch a ferry to Central on Hong Kong Island, and from there to Lamma Island and Cheung Chau. ## Hotel Shuttle The hotel provides a shuttle service to and from Tsim Sha Tsui throughout the day (morning to evening).
