"I've been to Suining many times for business, and I always choose this Chenxiangtang Hotel again. The staff here are excellent in both service and cleanliness. Once you're familiar with a place, you really don't want to change it. The receptionist, Ms. Xiao Ai, was very helpful, warm, and attentive. Any problems were communicated promptly and resolved quickly. I was very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate shower and toilet area, and complimentary drinks were provided. The hotel facilities were also very complete. There's a large wetland park behind the hotel, a tranquil environment, and a playground nearby. A sports stadium is right in front of the hotel, and there's free parking and security patrols, which made me feel very safe! I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come again!"

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay and highly recommend the Suining Hedong Dingsheng International Bund Lotus Hotel. Their hospitality and attentiveness are a model for many hotels to emulate. 1. Location: It's easy to find, close to bustling businesses and a wealth of delicious food. It's also conveniently located near the Suining Gymnasium, with free parking. 2. Hotel Environment: The lobby is beautifully decorated, clean, and fresh. Rose and jasmine tea, hot water, and a dedicated laundry room on the first floor are available for washing and drying. It was incredibly convenient and truly a truly enjoyable experience. 3. Hotel Service: The front desk lady was friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning staff was diligent and responsible. "I rarely write reviews, but Quan Duo Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away not just by the sleek design, but by the unforgettable customer service. The front desk team greeted me like family, handled an early check-in request without hesitation, and always interacted with me when I go in and out of the hotel Service here isn’t just efficient; it’s warm. And the rooms Wow. The smart room facilities are a game changer. Everything is voice-controlled or automated curtains, lights, temperature, even the “do not disturb” sign. The bed adjusts for reading or sleeping, and the bathroom sensor lighting is a lifesaver during midnight trips. I loved being able to set a “morning mode” that gently opened the curtains and started my coffee maker. Felt like living in the future, but still cozy and quiet. Clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious. Free high-speed WiFi, smart TV with streaming apps, and USB ports everywhere. The energy-saving automation is brilliant too. From the moment you step into the lobby, the light fragrance mixed with the fresh scent of the original wood decoration makes you feel like you have instantly stepped into an urban oasis. The dark-colored new Chinese style decoration is matched with artistic green plants. Every corner is suitable for taking photos and checking in, and you can easily complete the nine-square grid in your circle of friends! The details in the guest rooms are surprising: the amenity box is neatly packed with toothbrush sets, razors and even makeup remover cotton pads (so thoughtful!), the bathrobes are as soft as clouds, and there is a rich variety of welcome refreshments. What touched me the most was that the shower room was equipped with disposable shampoo and conditioner (provided free of charge), and the brand’s citrus scent made my hair so fluffy after washing that I could be used for a shampoo commercial! After being awakened by the sunshine in the early morning, the side garden restaurant is the highlight. Freshly cooked pickled mustard greens and shredded pork noodles fill the bowl, and freshly ground coffee with caramel pudding makes for a perfect morning.
