Its location in the Gulshan business district is perfect – just a 10-minute walk to the office, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and got me checked in quickly. My room was clean and spacious, the AC worked great, and the WiFi was lightning fast, which was perfect for late-night work. Breakfast offered both Bangladeshi specialties and Western options; I especially loved their freshly made paratha and beef kebabs. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next business trip to Dhaka. Highly recommend for business travelers!"

"Advantages: The room layout of the penthouse suite is good, the balcony is large and connected to the bedroom and bathroom, the scenery is clean and refreshing, you can be quiet and dazed in the noisy Bangladesh. The TV can be used to watch YouTube and airplay, which is suitable for falling asleep at night. The breakfast is delicious, some dishes are changed every day, and the quality of desserts and fruits is also good. If you go late, the chef can help to make them, which is the most satisfactory place. The shower water flow is strong and the wind power of the constant temperature hair dryer is also strong. Disadvantages: The lobby area is small, and there is a machine sound in the room from time to time, similar to a generator? "The location was good for business, but dhaka traffic is dhaka traffic, so it was a pain to travel anywhere other than downtown. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean, and our room was cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that the bed was too hard, and I didn't sleep well the first night. I told the house cleaner, and immediately he brought a softer mattress and 2 quilts. After this, I slept well. I am a westerner and used to soft beds, my travel partner is Bengali and the bed was fine for her. So this will not be a problem if you are used to hard beds. As soon as I told them my problem, they solved it immediately. Such good hospitality. The roof top pool was refreshing and clean. The gym was very well equipped, better than some gyms I have been to."

"I have been staying at this hotel last 2 years when i go to Dhaka, staff are very friendly, professional, very helpful and polite. Always allow to check in early if the room is available or ready. The manager he is down to earth, very helpful always ask about the stay and if i needed anything during my stay. The hotel always give welcome cold fresh juice, also has free luggage storage room, free buffet breakfast.. Its mid range average room price for Dhaka city and excellent location."

"A couple of times I stayed at other hotels in Dhaka and this is one of the hotel that is well recommended. The environment at the lobby is so classic and high end and the staff is so polite and so well spoken in English. They provide free shuttle service to pick up from the airport and location is near to airport too. The room is sooo spacious and super clean so as the toilet! The bed was comfortable too. That makes this place indeed well maintained. And never forget their food served at the cafe was good! The only problem are the honk noises from outside. But this is bearable for me. Just that the toilet door has loud cracky noise when trying to close it. But it’s ok. And the most important thing is their WiFi was so slow but ended up they resolved it with another set of router put into my room. Amazing job and I would give this place overall superb!"

"The hotel is located at the main road making it easy to move as you don’t need to walk to go catch a bike even when you book an Uber it finds you at your door, the place is clean and they can do laundry for you, rooms are equipped with A/C refreshers for travelers who are visiting during summertime and the staff are really caring and attending to guest’s needs and helping in any way possible. Highly recommend the hotel!😌"

"I arrived in Dhaka late at night and chose a hotel near the airport to catch a domestic flight the next morning. Ctrip said that one-way pickup from the airport to the hotel was free, but I sent two emails to the hotel to request a pickup, but there was no reply. A Bangladeshi acquaintance contacted me to request a pickup. When I arrived at the airport and went to the area where the pick-up car was waiting, the hotel car was not waiting, and the wait time was so long that I thought the pick-up car had left the hotel after the hotel had contacted me about arriving at the airport. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk told me that the pickup fee would be 1,000 taka. When I told them that it was free on Ctrip, they asked me to show them something that said that, but since it was late at night, they said they would talk to the manager about this matter and that I should go to my room and get some rest. I had my Ctrip screen ready to show them if they asked me about this when I checked out the next morning, but they didn't charge me for the pickup fee after all. The room was as clean as the photos on the website, but there was no hot water in the shower. I stayed there during Ramadan, so it was hard to eat during the day, so I was hoping for a breakfast buffet, but instead of a buffet, I was given a choice from an a la carte menu. It was totally fine for me to order just fried rice and chow mein by myself, and they offered to make me a refill of pineapple juice. I didn't get a refill of pineapple juice, but when I asked for coffee after the meal, they went to the cafe downstairs outside the restaurant to make coffee for me. Check-out went smoothly, and when I tried to call a taxi to go to the airport using Uber but it didn't work, the front desk person used their own Uber to call a taxi for me, so I was able to get to the airport at a more reasonable price than if I had asked the hotel for a taxi. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay."
