"The hotel is conveniently located very close to the high-speed train station and offers a shuttle service. We arrived late, and they were kind enough to reimburse us for our taxi fare. The lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade from our booked king room to a massive 2.6-meter king-size bed room – my child joked that it was big enough for ten kids! 🤭 We also received breakfast vouchers. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very quiet. There are plenty of great food options right downstairs, and it's super convenient to get to the city center. And the food in Baise is absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be back and stay here again next time."

"Traveling through Baise on my trip to Yunnan, I saw Wyndham in my search results and it looked good, so I booked a king room to share with a friend. It was a bit quiet and empty when we checked in, but all the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and warm. It really brightened up my tiring journey! 😊 They even specifically gave us a room with a great view and location. The room itself was really spacious, and the bed was wide enough for two people to sleep comfortably, and super soft! There's an indoor heated pool and gym on the second floor, both free to use. The only downside is that there's no self-service laundry, but I heard the hotel is planning to add it. If I come back, I hope that service will be available – that would make it perfect! It's also very close to shopping areas. This place is great for a slow-paced, relaxing life. Highly recommend! 🥳"

"I have two orders, one for 2 days and one for 3 nights. Arrived at 12 noon, thank the boys at the front desk for giving me this quiet, layout-like room. The wallpaper in the room looks well maintained. But the fly in the ointment is that the bath towels and towels look very old. Because there is no meal booked on Trip.com , I also thank the front desk brother for giving breakfast for three days, so I should not complain about breakfast and restaurant. But breakfast is really no extra point. I think it is a management level problem for the aunts in the restaurant. Meals can be simple and homely, but they are basically gone before 8:30. GGuest User1. The environment is very good. The hotel is built on the mountain in the tea garden. Very quiet. The scenic level landscape is in front of the cliff-like viewing platform. Figure 1 Climbing to the back hilltop clock tower is a large hill. Figure 2 is very beautiful.
2. The service was very warm. When I came, there were very few guests. The restaurant prepared a rich breakfast for me and a heated milk picture 3. thank you very much. Hospitality is the characteristic of Guangxi people.
3. The facilities are complete and stylish. The hotel design is beyond the level of Leye County. The viewing platform, tea hall, restaurant, leisure bar are very atmospheric. It can be seen that the boss is very careful. The bed and pillows are moderately soft and comfortable.
If you want to find a quiet place to relax or drive to Leye, you will definitely come to this hotel and you will not be disappointed.

GGuest UserThere is nothing blatantly wrong with the hotel except I do not think I was treated fairly. When I reserved the room a month again, I put in a special request for higher floor. I understand the request is not a guarantee, but when someone else checking in before me with the same type of room, asked for higher floor and got a room, while I had requested that for a month and yet my request could not be granted? That can only mean one thing: they never check your special request nor do they bother to take note of it! If that is the attitude of the hotel, it only implies that they act as if they care, but they don't. To me, I may never choose to stay in Vienna anymore.

Luckily, I mentioned it to them first. The hotel initially said one breakfast on the first day would be complimentary, but on the second day, they would have to pay for breakfast. They then told the hotel it should be three breakfasts, and the hotel said they didn't need to pay for breakfast.
