"Unfortunately, I was never able to check in, even though I booked a room directly at the hotel. The whole situation was surreal. But in short, they won't care where you sleep, even on the street. After they made it clear they weren't ready to accommodate me, no one offered any help. As in my case, I was left overnight without any explanation. Whenever the hotel employee handed the phone to another English-speaking person, he simply hung up. As a result, no one answers the phone, and I still haven't received a refund for my reservation, even though they said I could keep it. Be careful."

"Staying at this hotel in Dhaka for my business trip was an absolute steal! Its location in the Gulshan business district is perfect – just a 10-minute walk to the office, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and got me checked in quickly. My room was clean and spacious, the AC worked great, and the WiFi was lightning fast, which was perfect for late-night work. Breakfast offered both Bangladeshi specialties and Western options; I especially loved their freshly made paratha and beef kebabs. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next business trip to Dhaka. Highly recommend for business travelers!"

"An absolutely terrible stay! The room facilities were old and worn out, the bedding smelled strange, and the hygiene was seriously substandard. The soundproofing was non-existent, and I was bothered by noise all night long. Definitely not worth the price, a huge disappointment! I will absolutely not be coming back, and I don't recommend it to anyone else!"
