前台辦理入住的服務態度超好，特別是遇到小秋，我提出了想要高樓層的訴求，為了給我們旅行來的外地人提供更好的服務，馬上申請換到最高樓層的房間，為這種服務意識點贊👍
酒店裡哪哪兒的環境佈置都特別乾淨，包括電梯廳、走廊。房間新裝修的確沒有味道，設施佈局都極好，隔音也好，安安靜靜的，休息得特別好。
早餐豐盛，就是十一期間人太多了，但相比於其他酒店已經非常不錯了，補吃的很及時，收拾桌子的阿姨就在邊上站着，一有客人離開馬上收拾。
如果還來定南，肯定再次入住！"

"Although the room facilities are not new, they are clean and tidy, and the supplies are complete. The front desk and the cleaning aunt are very good. A young lady at the front desk is also very enthusiastic to help us check the traffic situation.
The most wanted to like the hotel restaurant ”Ruishi Building”, because there are no restaurants nearby, we have lunch and dinner three times at the hotel. Each dish is great, better than many big city chain restaurants, and the elderly and children are full of praise.
Disadvantages: The location of the hotel is not convenient, the neighborhood is relatively desolate, it is difficult to take a taxi, and there is no problem with self-driving."

"The bathroom light was on every few minutes after 2 a.m. (the key is that there is a large glass partition between the bathroom and the bed). I woke up in the middle of the night and communicated with the front desk. The front desk refused to provide us with another room for free and asked us to pay for another room. After more than half an hour of communication, it was ineffective (during which time they said they would ask an electrician to come and fix it. How could we sleep if they came to fix it in the middle of the night!) In order not to disturb my family in the middle of the night, I had to pay for the room separately, but said that I would go to bed in the middle of the night and not tell them. I would complain in the morning. The front desk replied that this was the only way. Alas! I was afraid of traffic jams in the early morning, so I got up early and drove a long distance. My wife was so angry that she could only wear pajamas to communicate with them in the hotel lobby. She said that if they did not provide another room, she could only sleep in the lobby with her quilt. Only then would they provide us with another room for free! With such service and facilities, I would be sorry to all tourists if I didn't give a bad review!"

The design of the bathroom is unreasonable, the bathroom is too big, there is no place to wash your hands in the toilet, you have to put it outside the toilet. The sanitation is very general, you can see it everywhere, and there are stains on the wall. There are not many parking spaces, and I can't stop at all when I come late.
