Housekeeping was consistently high-quality every day, and the entire facility was well-maintained. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh dishes, and the attentive service from the dining team was very satisfying. The location was also good, with convenient access to nearby attractions and restaurants. What impressed us most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff; they were always happy to assist us. Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay, and we would definitely like to stay here again if we have the opportunity to travel in the future."

"This was our first stay at Hotel Harmony Indochine, and it couldn't have been better. The staff were exceptionally kind and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The location was ideal: peaceful yet close to everything. "I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 PM and completed the check-in process. The official check-in time was 2:00 PM, and they gave me the room about 5–10 minutes after that. During that time, they mentioned the room was still being cleaned. Normally, housekeeping should be finished by check-in time, so it felt a bit delayed. That said, since it was only a short wait, it wasn’t a big issue—I just wanted to mention it. The hotel is located slightly outside the central area, but I actually see this as an advantage. It’s in a quieter and more peaceful neighborhood, away from the crowds. At the same time, the center is still within walking distance—about 1 to 1.5 kilometers. If you rent a motorbike or don’t mind walking, the location works very well. I liked the hotel overall. It is well-maintained and not old or worn out. The surroundings are green, and the landscaping is nicely done. My room was also very nice—spacious and located in a quiet area. One downside was the TV. It was not a smart TV and did not show any channels at all, which I would consider a negative point. Other than that, the air conditioning worked properly, and the bed was very comfortable. Personally, I liked this hotel. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I didn’t try it. There is parking available, so if you rent a motorbike, you can park it easily. For this price range, I found the hotel to be very good and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it. "I rarely write detailed reviews, but I couldn't pass this one up. Cambodia pleasantly surprised us, and I can confidently recommend this hotel, and indeed a visit to this wonderful place, to everyone! First off, we were able to check in early since our room was available, which was a huge plus after nearly a full day of travel. Even better, our room was upgraded to a higher category, which was a lovely surprise. The room itself was clean, spacious, and smelled wonderfully of some essential oil. I was also pleasantly surprised by the in-room tea station, where you could brew proper loose-leaf tea, not just tea bags. Breakfasts were excellent. Since we often left early for excursions, they prepared packed breakfast boxes for us. On the days we had breakfast at the hotel, there was plenty to ensure you wouldn't leave hungry. A huge bonus was the coffee machine where the staff would make your coffee. I particularly want to highlight the view during breakfast – if you're an early riser, you can catch a beautiful sunrise. We also ordered food from their restaurant, and everything was delicious. The hotel has a clean swimming pool (we saw them cleaning it early in the morning) and a small gym. You can also book a massage right at the hotel, which we did, trying their local massage – highly recommended! We also booked all our excursions through the hotel. The staff helped us choose trips for all our days, which was super because we didn't have to search for everything ourselves. Plus, we had a very negative experience with tuk-tuks in Sri Lanka, so this way we felt safer. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center, close to everything. "Good place: large, cool rooms (I recommend taking one with a city view, it's more comfortable), comfortable beds with fresh linen, an excellent pool (the hotel bar and restaurant have reasonable prices), and the staff are always willing to help with any issues."

"I stayed here for 4 nights due to a botched reservation from another of their property under the IndochineGroup. I was travelling with a friend and we booked a studio double room with pool view and balcony each. Overall I had a good stay although the maintenance of the hotel could be a lil better. I would like to give special mention to a really exceptional staff, Mr Sadaka, for being the highlight of my stay. He was perhaps the only one who easily comprehended our requests, great situational awareness and resolved whatever issues that we brought up with professionalism and positivity. The rooms were spacious with basic amenities. I think the hotel is a little old and you can see that they are doing their renovation in parts. Some room floors are diff from the others. And some parts of the wall have old mold that they either missed out or just didn’t care. There is a fridge, TV (not working), thin bathrobes and a station with coffee and tea. Bed was king sized and comfy with clean white sheets. Bathroom is a little dark and looks moldy but maybe it’s just really old. They provide shower gel and hand soap in a pump bottle. Maintenance of the room could probably be better with a new coat of paint. There were mold stains below the luggage shelf which they prob thought no one would notice. The swimming pool was a real blessing after a hot morning walk. It’s surrounded by the ground level rooms (pool view) and has a quaint little sunken bar where you can enjoy your cocktails while swimming. The walls inside the pool at the deeper end is covered with a layer of brown mold/fungus which peeled off into the water when I touched it. Loads of bits floating after. They have a good restaurant in the lobby and an even more quaint cafe serving local dishes just next door (there’s a sliding door from the restaurant) MUST check it out! There’s also a good bagels place just outside on the right of the entrance. Perfect if your room doesn’t come with breakfast. They also have a good massage service where you can choose to have it in the massage rooms above the cafe or in your room. There is a 20% discount if you are a guest. Location-wise, it’s really convenient with loads of eateries and the famous Pub Street just a 10min walk away."
