The front desk is also very enthusiastic. When booking, I noted that I needed a quiet room. Manager Rumeng helped me upgrade the room to an executive king bed. I was very happy 😃. CChengnuo....The hotel completely exceeded expectations! From the welcome tea when entering the door to the daily good night dessert, the details are all attentive. The room facilities are very intimate, not only have intelligent voice control lighting curtains, but also prepare soft and hard pillows. The breakfast is super rich, both Chinese and Western, and the freshly made fried eggs and coffee taste great. Special thanks to the aunt in the room. I saw that I brought the child and took the initiative to add children's slippers and toiletries. The location is also convenient, within walking distance to the scenic spot, highly recommended to friends who are traveling for family!

LLynne MilneWarmish welcome at reception. Room was changed due to disappointing view from window (partially blocked). There was some confusion when I asked about the Light Meal, despite using translation apps. In the end there was no beef - but was offered egg and tomato. I did not receive the Midnight Diner Meal and was too tired to go to reception again to ask for it. From previous reviews, it appeared that these meals were brought to the room automatically. Mine were not. No Delicious Hand-Made dessert either. Disappointing. Afternoon Tea was delicious and snacks were delivered to my room. However, a member of staff also appeared at my door to check that I did not have a companion. Why? Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The majority of reception staff should try to learn from them about customer service. I had a medical issue and reception staff were helpful, though. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. But noisy - traffic and other guests could be heard. Overall, a pleasant stay but not the relaxing break I needed.

2. The front desk guy was pretty much the same as during the livestream, plus two points.

1. This is my first time staying at a Four Seasons hotel with an interior window, minus five points.
2. No bottle of water when I checked out, minus five points.
3. The price in this small town is 288 yuan per night, almost as high as Hangzhou, minus five points.
4. Not every Four Seasons hotel has that ”whatever” painting you call a livestream room. Truly understanding the hotel experience is what you should be doing, not dwelling on the crappy corporate culture. Five points for your crappy leadership.
Summary: It's fine for a quick stay if you're bored, but it's best not to choose it for business travel.
