"This hotel offers incredible value for money and completely exceeded my expectations, especially regarding the service details. They were so thoughtful! When the restaurant staff found out it was someone's birthday, they immediately had the chef prepare and deliver a birthday cake. Even though it was a buffet, they proactively helped us get food and served it to our table. We felt so welcomed, warm, and happy throughout our stay! This hotel is definitely worth recommending. The room and bathroom details were impeccable, and I loved the delivery robot bringing food right to our door. The view from the window was absolutely first-class."

"Great location, very clean lobby and room, friendly staff. The only gripe I have is smoking is somewhat allowed. The initial room I was given smelled strongly of cigarette. However front desk staff quickly help changed a room, which still has a tinge of cigarette smell but was much better. The bar fridge is switched on only when needed. But when I open the fridge, the super strong cigarette smell came out and hit me instantly. There are also guests who smoke at the walkway and at lift lobby. This alone is bad. Everything else is great, no complaints."

"Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, but it's very well-maintained. It has a full range of entertainment facilities, including a children's play area and a dedicated library with a good selection of books. You could easily spend half a day entertaining the kids without even leaving the hotel. Unfortunately, the direct passage from the second floor to the hot springs was closed due to safety concerns. On rainy days, we had to walk outdoors to get to the hot springs, which was a bit inconvenient. Cleanliness: The hotel's cleanliness was impressive. We moved the double bed in our room and the area underneath was very clean, with no visible dust accumulation. Linens, towels, etc., were delivered promptly and were very clean. The only minor issue was on the last night when we were told there were no children's bathrobes left, likely due to high occupancy. Thankfully, the weather wasn't too cold, so it didn't impact us much. Dining: The breakfast selection has improved since our last visit a year ago. Even during peak times on the second day, food was replenished very promptly, so we never found ourselves wanting for something that wasn't available. The kids thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at the buffet every day 😋😋. We also used room service once and dined at the Chinese restaurant once. Room service was very prompt, and the portions were generous. The fried rice was particularly fragrant. The Chinese restaurant's offerings also deserve praise – they were refreshing, not greasy, and tasted excellent, far superior to the options on the street food strip 🤩🤩. The most important highlight was encountering an incredibly warm and helpful dining staff member. Seeing that I was traveling alone with my elderly parent and child, she took special care of us every morning at breakfast. She proactively prepared some restaurant food for us to snack on during our daytime outings and even gave small gifts to the children. Over three consecutive days, she made our family's stay incredibly enjoyable. She absolutely deserves a thumbs up! 👍👍 [Hot Springs] Rich in metasilicic acid, fluorine, lithium, and other trace elements. Single ticket: This trip was specifically for the hot springs, and overall, it didn't disappoint. The kids had a fantastic time over three days. The only minor drawback was that, perhaps due to lower foot traffic, fewer areas were open compared to last year. Last year's Golden Hot Spring was converted into a marketplace, which has its pros and cons. There were noticeably fewer low-temperature hot spring options for the kids to play in."

"The room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean everywhere, which made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The room had a delightful cartoon shark theme, beautifully decorated, and even included a cute children's bed that our child loved instantly."

"Heyuan Jinshawan River View Hotel is in a great location! Just next to the Dinosaur Museum, within walking distance, it is super convenient to visit the exhibition. The room was clean and comfortable, and the river view was good. There are a lot of food around, Dongjiang Salt Chicken, Brewed Tofu, Zijin Badao Soup and other Hakka dishes are authentic and rich. Warm and intimate service, cost-effective, it is too suitable to come to Heyuan to play here, highly recommended!"

"I have stayed at Hampton Inn so many times. This Hampton Inn in Heyuan is the one with the best and most considerate service attitude I have ever seen. Especially when I checked in, the front desk staff was a little girl wearing glasses. Her smile was really healing. The service attitude was also very good.
