The environment at Chunmuyuan Town is stunning, with beautiful lake and mountain scenery and fresh air – every step is a picturesque view. Both the hotel and the town staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, responding efficiently and enthusiastically. The family-friendly atmosphere was top-notch, with activities like Dragon Bone Park, the hot springs, water park fun, and in the evenings, a water show, bonfire party, and fireworks. The program was so rich and diverse, and we had an absolutely amazing time! It's perfect for a relaxing family vacation and definitely worth revisiting!"

"The room reservation clearly stated that there was a hot spring, and we were informed upon check-in that the hot spring water supply was limited. However, when we returned to the hotel to shower that evening, we found that not only was there no hot spring water, but there was also no hot water. After calling to inquire, they said they would send someone to check, but no one responded, provided feedback, or came (we were unable to shower). After complaining on-site, someone came to check and handle the situation, but there was still no hot spring water and no hot water… Later, they came again and arranged for us to go to another bathroom on the first floor in the storage room where we finally had hot water to shower… The National Day holiday being crowded is no excuse; the service response and attitude, as well as the overall experience of both the facilities and the service, were very poor…"

"1. The room is priced like a five-star hotel, but offers economy-level quality. The value for money is definitely average. The hotel's location is very remote; besides the hot springs, there's no entertainment at night, and for the kids to play pool, you have to drive quite a distance.
2. My complaint is about the breakfast. For a hotel costing over 1000 yuan, the breakfast environment is like eating in a canteen with a group of hotel owners. After eating, you have to take your own plates and clean up, which is unacceptable.

"We had a great time at this resort. Due to non-traveling season, no that many people visited, such that we had all the park, spa and many facilities to ourselves. Our personal assistant Naomi was excellent. She responded to my Wechat message almost instantly and solved all the small questions we had. Highly recommend this place if you have kids of 1 to 12 years old!"

Although the tent bathroom is simpler, it is much more convenient than the camping I have lived in without a separate bathroom. The boss repeatedly emphasized to me that this is a tent, not a wooden house. I said ”I know” in my weak heart. I originally wanted to live in a tent, but the tent here can be equipped with a large hot spring pool. I have never seen it elsewhere. The sanitation inside is quite clean. The night view is very good for taking pictures and punching in. The sound quality in the room is very good, the bubble hot spring is very comfortable, and I will come again.

🍱 After a tiring day, there's a feast of Hakka delicacies, the aromas are so fragrant and will whet your appetite. The stuffed tofu is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the salt-baked chicken has crispy skin and tender meat. Every bite is a delight.
