"This was my first time staying in a hot spring family room, and it was absolutely fantastic! The hot spring at this hotel was excellent, looked quite clean, and wasn't too crowded. The hotel itself is relatively new. Both breakfast and lunch were superb. I'll definitely bring my child back to stay here again. The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. Very satisfied, and I've already recommended it to several people."

"This is a newly opened hotel in Zhanghe New District. The facilities are all very new, and the gym is large and well-equipped. The rooms are on a high floor with great views outside the window.
There's one issue to be aware of: the hotel slippers are very slippery on the entryway and bathroom floors, making it easy to fall. The friction between the slipper soles and the floor is insufficient. The hotel should consider changing the slipper type to prevent guests, especially older ones, from slipping."

"Falling in love with a city because of a hotel! This hotel offers convenient parking, is clean and tidy, and the service feels genuinely warm and comforting. After check-in, the lovely receptionist escorted me to the elevator, informing me about dining options and where to walk my dog. The room lighting is the brightest I've experienced in any hotel, and every design detail shows thoughtful consideration for guests. The hotel's backyard, which is part of a residential complex, with its greenery, walking paths, and pond, is a fantastic spot for dog walking – truly the most comfortable hotel for traveling with a small dog. Breakfast was also a delightful feast, making me happy 😃. Is it because the staff are highly skilled? Or because the manager is exceptionally capable? Just in the core business district of Jingshan, not far from Jingshan Station, eating and shopping around are very convenient. Especially it is very convenient to go to various tennis courts. The hotel also provides a 5km pick-up service, which is really intimate.

The front desk is a ball friend who comes to play. The atmosphere is really full. Every day, you can play when you open your eyes! There is no water per capita in the whole city, and you can make an appointment from morning to night! And the coach level is also very high, you can point the key to the problem at a glance.

The front desk girl, the cleaning sister, the restaurant aunt... everyone is very enthusiastic. The drinks bottled water in the lobby is free to take, and there is a free drink corner at the elevator entrance on each floor. BbigboeyHere for work, and Huanyue is always my first choice in Jingmen. The rooms are clean and spacious, but the key point is the exceptional service from the hotel staff. There's a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, but it might not suit the western palate too well.
Location is great work-wise, but it's some distance away from the nearest mall so it depends on what you prioritize during your stay.

The service in the Chinese restaurant was really good and enthusiastic. It is really amazing that a hotel in a prefecture-level city can provide such service at such a high price. Each room is equipped with free mineral water and flower tea, as well as a charging cable. In addition, the fragrance of lavender in the lobby smells very good. The hotel parking is also very convenient and free. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts, including steamed buns, Jiangxi rice noodles, freshly ground coffee, fruits, pastries, hot dishes, etc., which are very rich. The front desk lady has a very good service attitude, specially helped me upgrade to a deluxe bed, very comfortable and warm, and will come again next time on business trip.

SSelf RelianceThe hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.

GGuest UserAs a hotel, the interests of in-house guests are not given priority. Holidays are already understaffed, and there is no limit to opening non-in-house guests to come in and play, resulting in in-house guests being rejected for dinner and playing projects. Originally, in-house guests are charged for eating and playing any projects. The price is quite high and the non-in-house guests are very unreasonable, and they are also badly rejected. I don't understand that such a big hotel is full of bonfire parties on holidays. Isn't it normal for most resort hotels to organize fireworks activities for free? All charges here are still expensive. There is no entertainment at night. Breakfast has not encountered children above 1.2 in the country to add money, and it is also done here. The management of amateurs is too weak to complain. There is no housekeeper to contact in advance. I took the initiative to add the housekeeper. The questions asked at 7:30 in the evening were not answered until the check-out. The advertisement said that there were children staying in the gift package, and when I checked in, I knew that there were children and I didn't mention it at all. I want to ask how this is managed! Are all the villagers called in on the first day?
