"When planning this trip, I was choosing between Ramada and Wyndham. I ended up booking Wyndham, and I'm glad I did. The two hotels are about a ten-minute walk apart. Luoshen Valley doesn't have many attractions, but the plaza downstairs at Ramada has a one-hour show and bonfire party every night, which is quite lively. I'd recommend joining in the fun there. The staff at Wyndham Hotel were warm and patient. Since there weren't many guests, they upgraded us to a deluxe room. The view from the room's balcony was a picturesque pastoral landscape. For scenery lovers, it would have been absolutely perfect if there were a table and chairs on the balcony. I must commend the hotel's hot spring and pool. There's an indoor hot spring next to the infinity pool, so you can immediately warm up if you get cold. The hot spring is built into the mountain, and soaking in the 'birdcage' hot spring at the highest point while enjoying the scenery was an absolute treat. When we returned in the evening, the hot spring lights came on, twinkling like fireflies – it was incredibly dreamy and romantic, really showcasing the thoughtful design."

"The environment is new and clean, and the rooms are spacious. However, the hot water temperature is inconsistent, and the breakfast would be better if it were more appealing. The hotel has an excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, and warm and attentive service. It's great value for money and highly recommended! A fantastic stay! The facilities are complete, the environment is beautiful, and I slept very well. I would choose this hotel again next time. The service is thoughtful and attentive to detail. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around whether by taxi or on foot. The lobby is clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were gentle and polite, making the check-in process quick with no unnecessary waiting. The room was meticulously cleaned; there wasn't a speck of dirt on the floor or in the bathroom corners. The bedding was clean and soft, and the pillows were just right – I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway. Hot water was plentiful, and the toiletries were complete. The Wi-Fi speed was smooth, and the common areas were well-maintained. Overall, the value for money is exceptional, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I've already saved this place and will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area. I truly recommend it to everyone!"

"Service: The security guards at the entrance who directed parking were very friendly, and the receptionists were also very helpful with check-in. We arrived late for breakfast, and the restaurant staff asked each table if they needed any food before clearing it away – very attentive. Environment: It seems to have been renovated compared to 10 years ago; the rooms are nicer, but the soundproofing is only so-so. It only blocked out about 40% of the noise from nearby fireworks, and we could still hear cars downstairs. They did put safety bumpers on some corners of the room, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the breakfast; it was quite unappetizing, especially the fried noodles and rice noodles. The parking lot is spacious enough. Overall, it's quite good value for money on weekdays. There are teahouses nearby, and it's within walking distance to eat beef offal and sweet soup."

"On a holiday trip, passing through Lianzhou, I saw the Ramada hotel on Ctrip at an excellent price, so I decisively booked a room. Later, I noticed there was only one review, which made me a bit nervous. I even worried it might be a fake Ramada and ruin my vacation experience. But it turned out that the excellent price came with a super excellent experience! This is a real Ramada, haha 😂 1. **Scent:** I don't know what kind of diffuser the hotel uses, but it smells like my favorite Le Labo Rose fragrance. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt relaxed and happy. On a hot summer day, the air conditioning was strong, and the scent was wonderful. Happy! 🥳 2. **Room:** Upon entering, the curtains automatically opened, and there were welcome fruits. It maintained the consistently high-quality details of a brand-name hotel. 3. **Gym:** The hotel has a gym. I didn't try it, but it looked very clean. 4. **Self-service Laundry:** This is fantastic! I could wash and dry my dirty clothes from the road, which was very convenient. 5. **Breakfast Buffet:** They had my beloved freshly ground coffee, as well as noodle soup. Everything I wanted was there, very satisfying. 6. **Parking:** The hotel has its own free parking lot. Excellent! 🌟 7. **Service:** The hotel's service team was very attentive, with bright smiles. You could tell they were very dedicated. When checking out and scanning the parking code, a lovely young lady at the front desk, Liang Lin, proactively asked about my stay and even gave a souvenir to my older family member. She was very friendly and enthusiastic. Hotel service is all about the details, and these touches at a brand-name hotel really enhance the holiday mood. 8. **Entertainment:** The hotel is located in Luoshen Valley, and there are performances right outside the door from morning till night. The performers were very professional. At breakfast, I saw very few people watching the show in the square, but the performers on stage were still working hard. The evening show is highly recommended, with a 'disco' event similar to a bonfire party and other performances. The atmosphere was lively and joyful, definitely worth stopping for and participating in. Nowadays, many tourist attractions are very homogenized. I prefer a 'small tour + big vacation' model, where my self-leisure mode demands a high-quality experience. The Ramada by Wyndham Lianzhou is a new hotel, and the experience was good. I'll definitely come back again if I get the chance!"

We had a small hiccup due to a change in our itinerary, but the hotel staff were incredibly quick to respond and handled everything with such care and thoughtfulness. "The hotel has convenient transportation, basic equipment and facilities are complete and tidy, and it may be renovated for a long time. There is some old smell when the door is opened. I can't feel it after a while. Parking is arranged on the side of the road at the door and there is no cost. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful and at home."
