I then asked the cleaning lady to clean more thoroughly, and even went to the front desk to speak with a staff member, showing them the dust on my phone and requesting a better cleaning. However, on the third morning (as I stayed for two nights), my phone looked the same. Everything else was fine, but the dust issue was really severe and needs significant improvement."

Its main selling points are peace, privacy, and ambiance. The downsides are its remote location and limited amenities. If you're looking for a quiet retreat to enjoy private hot springs, your experience will far surpass city-based hot springs. However, if you're seeking convenient one-stop access to dining, entertainment, and activities, you might find it inconvenient."

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around whether by taxi or on foot. The lobby is clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were gentle and polite, making the check-in process quick with no unnecessary waiting. The room was meticulously cleaned; there wasn't a speck of dirt on the floor or in the bathroom corners. The bedding was clean and soft, and the pillows were just right – I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway. Hot water was plentiful, and the toiletries were complete. The Wi-Fi speed was smooth, and the common areas were well-maintained. Overall, the value for money is exceptional, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I've already saved this place and will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area. I truly recommend it to everyone!"

"1. At the beginning, I booked a room that I wanted not to be close to the elevator. When I checked in, the front desk said that this room type was two rooms close to the elevator. Fortunately, it was not noisy. 2. After booking for two nights, the card expired the next day and the door could not be opened. 😥 The room attendant knocked on the door at 10:00 the next morning and asked if he needed cleaning, and was awakened in a deep sleep. 3. I drove the car the next night and went to the front desk to register the license plate. After registering, I asked my boyfriend if I could not live. I also needed to register. I would like to open the system first and then ask the guests. Other sanitary facilities are quite satisfactory, especially thanks to the uncle security for helping to find the courier!"

"Strictly speaking, it's a guesthouse, but the overall all-wood decor is very luxurious, far superior to typical guesthouses and hotels. Dogs are allowed. Although located on the outskirts of Lianzhou city, it's less than 3 kilometers from the city center, and you can order any kind of takeout. The surrounding area is quiet, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the internet is fast, and there's plenty of hot water. The only drawbacks are that some outlets were broken, preventing power supply, and the water in the rooms comes in small bottles; you can get more from the front desk if needed. Personally, I found the breakfast too simple with limited variety, and the drinks were diluted with water. The swimming pool was a bit dirty because it's outdoors, with a lot of moss around the edges and bottom, indicating the water wasn't changed daily. During my stay, when many people were swimming, the lifeguards weren't sitting on higher ground observing the pool; instead, they were playing on their phones in a corner. I hope this can be improved. Everything else was great, and I would definitely come back next time."

"This experience was great! Located in the bustling area of the city center, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding area is complete for eating, drinking and playing. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the sleep is particularly stable. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, and the local food is recommended intimately. We had a small hiccup due to a change in our itinerary, but the hotel staff were incredibly quick to respond and handled everything with such care and thoughtfulness. It all worked out perfectly in the end. The room was clean and comfortable, the view from the window was picturesque, and the service was wonderfully warm and welcoming. "The location is excellent, with pedestrian streets and clothing streets nearby. The nearby Changsheng Restaurant is quite good, offering delicious food at reasonable prices. The hotel provides a wide variety of breakfast options, including fruits, porridge, noodle soup, fried noodles, steamed buns, fried dough sticks, and soy milk. There are also various toppings for breakfast noodles. Complimentary plum juice and mung bean soup are available all day. Because it's summer, the hotel gave us two cards, allowing us to keep the air conditioning on 24/7 even when we were out, ensuring a comfortable environment when we returned, without having to wait for it to cool down."

"I happened to find this delicious restaurant while passing through Lianzhou. I learned about the authentic Lanzhou cuisine and the waiters were very kind. I immediately decided to stay in this hotel. The hotel's sanitation and facilities are very good. It's great value and worthy of everyone's choice. Check in."

"The room was very clean, the location was easy to find, and the whole room was equipped with smart home technology, which was very convenient.
