"The hotel facilities should be relatively good. The girl who helped us with our luggage and taught us how to turn on the water heater in the room was very nice. The front desk clerk had no smile at all and said that nothing could be done, which was very speechless. The hotel also charged a deposit of 199 yuan, which I haven't encountered for a long time. The drinks in the refrigerator also need to be paid for. This can be changed. After all, the cost is not cheap. Moreover, one of my friends had severe altitude sickness and returned early. Other hotels that could not refund the room explained the situation and refunded them. Only this hotel charged half of the room fee. The hotel was not fully booked that day, which was very inhumane."

"我們是特意加錢升級了馬蹄房型的，來這裏還是要住馬蹄房型是最能感受特色的。這是目前草原上住過的最棒的酒店和房間，沒有之一。景色絕美，運氣好看到了夕陽，日出和銀河。晚上外面會有蚊蟲但是不咬人，進房間開關門的時候注意點就好。服務也是很棒，住店包含晚餐和早餐，電瓶車免費且隨叫隨到，還能帶我們去最佳位置看日落，看濕地公園。總之家人們對這個地方一切都很滿意，是一個還想再來的地方。對了，房間周邊還有很多可愛的鼠兔小朋友特別喜歡，酒店周邊1小時車程的娘瑪寺裏有世界上最大的轉經筒，特別震撼。第一次攜程評價打這麼多字😅"

Hygienic: Hygiene is very satisfactory, as hygienic as Lanzhou Hotel, it is very clean in this small county.
Environment: Good location, there is a hotel downstairs, there is a supermarket nearby 200 meters away from the hospital
Service: Room service is in place and there is no obstacle to communication. The front desk called for 10 bottles of water and sent it very refreshingly. It is recommended. I am very satisfied with the high requirements of the hotel on business trips. The price ratio is good."

The whole house is quiet, the sound insulation effect is very good, the night is very quiet and not noisy, I booked the Rose Duke King Room, 1.8 The rice bed is spacious and comfortable, and the mattress is really comfortable to sleep! There is a leisure sofa, the viewing atmosphere is also full, and it is really good to enjoy the warmth brought by the smart toilet in the pastoral area. The details of this newly opened hotel are particularly attentive. It provides a sneak-photograph detector for free. It is also safe to travel alone. You need takeaways and spare parts to call robot delivery directly. The sense of technology is full. Convenient travel around, 5 kilometers directly to the first bay of the Yellow River, a few minutes to see the sunset in the evening, never so evaluated other hotels, this is really recommended!"

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. There was no hairdryer, but everything else was great. You need to use an electric blanket in the summer, otherwise it gets very cold at night. The room itself was also very nice, and no deposit is required."

"The hotel was in the alley. I just thought it would be quiet at night. As a result, the sound of the cart repeatedly entering and leaving the yard from 11:30 in the evening. The noise of the staff was one after another. It didn't stop all night. The experience was too bad."

"The photos are all real. The boss is very enthusiastic. There are parking spaces at the door and there are several in the backyard. Because there is no elevator, when I parked, the little girl at the front desk had moved the big box up, and she was tired and panting (you guys at high altitudes are slow). Of course, many accommodations in Maqu have no elevator, which is not a big problem.
Clean and the official pictures are real. If there is any shortage, it is a bit kawaii. Of course, as a transition hotel, the problem is not big."
