The special dishes are rice noodles and wontons. The staff are warm and welcoming, and parking is convenient."

"The owners are incredibly friendly. The owner is a professional bird photographer, and the clientele here is quite specific, mostly focused on bird photography or painting. Every evening, he'd sit at the guesthouse entrance, sharing the day's photographic captures with guests. And the moment he'd hear a bird call, he'd grab a flashlight and enthusiastically lead us out to find nocturnal owls! 😇😇😇 The location is superb! It felt like we were practically staying *in* the botanical garden; incredibly convenient, like having it as our own backyard! Excellent value for money, I highly recommend this place! 🤓"

"The Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (XTBG) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is about 50 kilometers from Jinghong city. Its East and West sections are quite large, and a full day isn't enough to explore everything. I'd read stories about botanists from the Academy before, so I made the botanical garden a priority and decided to stay at a hotel within it. The room rate I booked online included entrance tickets, which made it a pretty good deal for two people. After our rental car arrived at the East Gate, I called the hotel front desk, and they allowed us to enter. On the afternoon of our arrival, we explored the larger East Section's rainforest, which offered a stunning view of various rainforest vegetation. The hotel's restaurant was quite good; the local dishes at dinner were authentic, and I even saw family gatherings of XTBG staff – quite a change from how their predecessors lived! The next morning, we hired a guide and toured the different areas of the West Section. All in all, choosing to stay at the botanical garden hotel made this trip incredibly rewarding. Facilities: The in-room facilities met our needs, and the small balcony offered views of the flora and fauna. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: The botanical garden environment is unique and relaxing. Service: The front desk and restaurant service were excellent, and the breakfast offered a good variety, including local specialty snacks."

"I found this hotel by accident. It just opened not long ago. All the facilities are very new. The rooms are spacious and bright. The hygiene is very clean. The voice intelligent control is very convenient. The guy at the front desk is polite and friendly. It is a hotel beyond my expectations. It is very good! "The hotel is right next to the Nanla River, and the environment is lovely. It's both the starting and ending point for the Nanla River rafting. You can walk right out of the hotel to the Manlong Village market, and just a bit further, there's a huge dragon fruit field. The breakfast felt outsourced; not much variety and pretty standard. There aren't many dining options nearby. If you're coming for Wangtianshu Scenic Area and rafting, I'd recommend staying here. The cleanliness is acceptable, and the front desk staff are quite friendly and helpful!"

I also took pictures of super cute squirrels and red-eared bulbuls in Baizhu Garden. Moreover, there are few people at this entrance during the May Day holiday, so there is no need to queue up. It's super convenient. Secondly, the hotel is newly renovated, the facilities and supplies are relatively new, and the air conditioner is actually Gree, which cools very fast (occupational disease is triggered hahaha), the hygiene is quite clean, very good, and the price-performance ratio is not bad! ! "Though an old hotel with a squat toilet, this hotel provides excellent value for its price due to its warm service and convenient location near the train station. They provide free pick up and drop off service to and from the train station; the boss was also kind enough to take us to and pick us up from the Lao border for 40 yuan each way. Despite facing the road and hearing the morning roosters, the air-conditioning and strong water pressure made the room adequate for our needs."
