"The owners are incredibly friendly. The owner is a professional bird photographer, and the clientele here is quite specific, mostly focused on bird photography or painting. Every evening, he'd sit at the guesthouse entrance, sharing the day's photographic captures with guests. And the moment he'd hear a bird call, he'd grab a flashlight and enthusiastically lead us out to find nocturnal owls! 😇😇😇
The location is superb! It felt like we were practically staying *in* the botanical garden; incredibly convenient, like having it as our own backyard! Excellent value for money, I highly recommend this place! 🤓"

"We had a special offer room right by the elevator, but we really loved it. The tatami room was a little small, but the kids loved it. Xiaodu Xiaodu smart voice-activated windows, air conditioning, and light switches, and the projector was a delight for watching TV. The bathroom, though a little cramped, was clean and pleasant. There was a subtle fragrance upon entering, and they later added aromatherapy diffusers hidden in the corner. The attention to detail was spotless. My only regret was that there was no place to dry clothes despite the bright sunshine on the windowsill. The clothes hanging area in the entrance area was also air-conditioned, but I loved it. I'd definitely stay again if I had the chance."

"My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, truly like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was swift, and they even thoughtfully recommended some great local eateries. The location is also superb, making it very convenient for getting around. The owner is very welcoming and gave us some fruit he grew himself. He also took us to the train station when we left. High-speed rail pick-up service (Mengla Station)"

"There was a large spiderweb on the ceiling, and I wondered how long it hadn't been lived in. Otherwise, I was quite satisfied. It's a newly renovated building, but the hallway smells a bit strong. Also, the family room is in the annex, and the laundry room is in the main building, so they're not on the same floor, which is inconvenient."

"This hotel was amazing. It’s only a year old but the amenities look like it’s brand new and inside of the room seems no different from a five-star. The only thing missing was a bathroom scale. Nice courtyard pool below just big enough to do some short laps and a kilometer from the night market. Interesting little area and they have street side eatery outside with a good view. The best part though is the manager Mr. Wu was exceptionally helpful. When he saw me arriving by bicycle, he did everything he could to make my stay more pleasant and even offered to go the extra mile with extra service and help. An unbelievable bargain, and a nice end to my journey. "

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Nanla New District, very close to Mengla County. It is very convenient to drive. The parking downstairs of the hotel is particularly convenient and safe. Newly opened, all solid wood decoration is tasteless. The bathroom with separate wet and dry areas is very good and the toiletries are of high quality. The front desk service is warm and patient, with a very good attitude. The breakfast is also very good, with a variety of styles and fruits. The elevator is convenient and fast to go up and downstairs. Highly recommended to stay!

The back exit is just a 2-minute walk to the west gate of the Botanical Garden, making late-night rainforest tours and early morning sightseeing super convenient, saving you the hassle of traveling far. The photography session, complete with outfits and makeup, was fantastic; the photographer was great at guiding the kids, and the photos turned out amazing. If you're comparing it to InterContinental for photos, I highly recommend choosing this place for your photo shoot.
The SPA was incredible and incredibly therapeutic. The room facilities are well-maintained, the butler service is responsive, and the buggy service is available on demand. The tranquil resort atmosphere and easy access to attractions, whether for relaxing or taking photos, make it well worth a dedicated trip.

__WeChat254341****This time I came to Mengla except for Manlongle, the hotel gave us a second surprise. The hotel has a very good pick-up service. The proprietress personally drove to pick it up. She called and said she was waiting for us outside as soon as she got off the train.
When we arrived at the hotel to check in, the boss saw that we took the children. I was afraid that the children would fall off at night and upgrade the room directly for us. The upgraded room has a small sofa, which just can prevent this risk. Thank you very much.
The hotel is very clean as a whole. The slippers are disinfected and packed in bags. There are also disposable slippers. The biggest highlight is that the whole hotel is a smart hotel. There is a projector on the whole wall for easy viewing. Smart switch lights, smart curtains, smart projection This price can really hang all hotels in Mengla. , cost-effective No1

I saw the hotel before and said that the manhole cover outside was too noisy. When I checked out, I asked the boss to live very quietly. I didn’t hear the sound of the manhole cover. The boss said that after seeing the customer’s feedback, they bought a rubber mat for the manhole cover.
The boss and the couple are in charge of running the hotel themselves. They do everything by themselves, paying special attention to user experience, and it is difficult to think about bad business.
The hotel also put aromatherapy in the toilet and elevator. It is the faint fragrance. We all took pictures and bought it online. Anyway, I am very satisfied with the 24 hours of staying. It is not a trust. You can rest assured. Thank you boss for giving us a good memory of this trip to Mengla! !

It is very convenient for day and night tours. Shopping nearby is convenient. The overall hardware facilities are clean, tidy and easy to use. The waiter has a good attitude and communicates well. Breakfast is not much, home-cooked, suitable for dining on the go. Thank you for sending me a breakfast. The price/performance ratio is poor, a double room is a bit expensive at 600 yuan. The executive suite is too expensive at 1,200 yuan per room. Apart from being bigger, there is nothing special about it, so I don’t recommend it.

The newly renovated room has a great texture, the facilities are brand new and odorless, and there is a sense of exquisiteness everywhere. The hygiene is particularly in place, the bedding is white and soft, the corners are spotless, and the living is particularly at ease. The most surprising thing is that there is a laundry service. The clothes on the journey are washed and dried in time, which is too convenient! The staff is warm and the check-in is efficient and fast. The overall stay experience far exceeds expectations, clean, comfortable and intimate, next time you come to Banyan Tree Mangla, the price is absolutely perfect.

Next, the front desk service was exceptional. Upon our arrival, the hotel owner personally helped us with our luggage, and the front desk staff were very professional. The check-in process was smooth and seamless.
The breakfast was quite good too. For a hotel located near the botanical garden, it offered a surprisingly substantial spread.
Finally, we mistakenly booked a room without a window. When we inquired about switching rooms, the hotel generously offered us a complimentary upgrade.
Overall, if you're planning a trip to the botanical garden and intend to stay overnight, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

He is very responsible and makes the guests feel safe. The boss personally picked up and dropped off guests at the station twice. Very enthusiastic. It is not easy for couples to open a store.
