"This hotel feels like a natural oxygen bar! It's right next to a lake, and there are so many different types of trees on the property, making the air super fresh. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of birds singing. It's perfect for those driving, as there's ample parking both above ground and in a large underground garage. Within a few minutes' drive, you can find shops and restaurants, and major shopping areas like Nanmendou are just a 10-minute drive away. The staff here are incredibly welcoming. The security guards not only help with parking but also proactively offer to assist with luggage and guide you to the lobby, which was fantastic! Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff even provided information about the swimming pool and gym without me asking. The hotel has a lovely Chinese courtyard style that's very comfortable. My room was clean and tidy, with a balcony and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Each building has security personnel, which is a big plus. If you order takeout, it gets delivered to the first floor, and the security staff arrange for a little robot to bring it to your room – super cool! The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local rice noodles and vermicelli."

"Well located. Looks fancy. Dated interiors for the room and not so clean. Very expensive mini bar and instant food offered in the room. Service was cold, as the hotel front desk receptionist did not smile not greet at all. All the staff also seem to ignore me and looked indifferent. Well located beside Wanda Plaza though. If there are better choices, give this a miss."

"The hotel is brand new. The water pressure was excellent, even on higher floors – a definite plus! They also have a spacious underground parking garage, and parking is free; once you're checked in, you can come and go as you please. Food delivery is even handled by robots. There are many shops and businesses nearby, which is very convenient. The laundry facilities are handy, but the dryer is just okay; it's fine for quick-dry clothes but not effective for cotton items. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Ningde."

The service was excellent, particularly the housekeeping staff who always greeted us warmly. The laundry room has plenty of machines. The breakfast was good. "You can tell it's a legitimate hotel by its lobby, parking area, and other small details. It probably was a decent hotel many years ago. However, it's definitely showing its age, and the facilities are quite outdated. Aside from that, everything else was acceptable, but the carpet was a real eyesore – it would have been better if there was no carpet at all. Service was good, and breakfast was decent enough to fill you up."

**Service**: We got lost on our drive, and the young owner even drove an electric cart through the village to find us – truly exceptional service! The lady at the front desk was also incredibly kind and gentle. As we were checking out, my son forgot his headphones, and a staff member thoughtfully brought them out to us. AAsenbalabalaThe B&B is located next to Xiaohao Beach, quiet and comfortable. The room by the window can directly see the beach. If the sun is good, the view should be pretty good. Unfortunately, it was cloudy when we arrived. However, if the tide happens to be low, you can borrow tools for catching the sea from the boss instead of buying them yourself.
If you want to go to Dongbi Village and Huazhu Village, the boss has electric cars and gas-burning scooters, which are very convenient for those who can ride.

The breakfast is very local. It is delicious. The boss is very enthusiastic and will give you travel guides. As well as the daily tide and the best time to play, we went to eat nearby and used a car to pick us up. In short, the boss and his family were all working hard to make a homestay. I would like to compliment the following staff Bella, Cara, Susan and Betty for their excellent service delivery and attentiveness to customer during my recent visit in June. AAnonymous UserI absolutely loved this small yet exquisite seaside guesthouse. The location is superb. The sea views and street scenes are incredibly photogenic. On a clear day, the sunset is absolutely stunning.
The guesthouse is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. They prepare lovely fruits and snacks for guests every day, and breakfast is served in the morning. Even the small vase on the coffee table is updated with fresh flowers daily. They pay meticulous attention to detail in everything.
Everyone at the guesthouse is incredibly welcoming. While having breakfast this morning, I chatted with the auntie for a long time. She patiently explained the surrounding area and attractions, suggested convenient ways to explore, and recommended the best places for a walk after breakfast. The receptionist was also incredibly kind. Yesterday, while waiting for my train to the high-speed rail station, I was late and had to wait a long time. She peeled pomelos for me and brought me water. She even gave me snacks to enjoy on the train.
Since I was the only guest this time, I couldn't finish all the fruit they provided each day. Not wanting to disappoint them, I took it all with me yesterday. I'll definitely go again with my friends next year; Xiying is definitely the best choice.

Next, I came to the homestay environment and was pleasantly surprised again. It has a terrace, a mahjong machine, a laundry room, a home theater (can have KTV), and most importantly, a self-service kitchen (which can process seafood bought from the seaside. This is really so happy. I can eat it angrily. A wave of very cost-effective crabs), the B&B also has an elevator, the decoration is comfortable and considerate, and the stay experience is great 💯

When I arrived at Ningde, I encountered rainy weather. It was so cold. I poured a cup of hot water for me as soon as I arrived at the hotel. I also helped me bring my luggage to the room. I must give the staff a thumbs up. The most surprising thing is that the beds and quilts are new, soft and super comfortable. I have not been able to rest on the road and finally have a good night's sleep in the hotel. When I was struggling with what to eat, I found that the takeaway store was very close to the hotel. It was just opposite Wanda Plaza. I drank milk tea for two days and a lot of taro pastries. It was a big satisfaction for my taro head. I will stay here next time.
