"Arrived at this Ningde hotel on the fourth night of the ***** New Year. It's located in the new district, near the CATL industrial park. **Facilities:** Excellent. They have everything, including washing machines and fitness equipment. **Cleanliness:** I'd give it a 70 out of 100. The room's details could definitely be improved. **Environment:** There's a nice lake nearby, great for a stroll. It's quite a distance from the city center, about 12km, which takes at least 25 minutes by car. **Service:** The service was pretty good, especially considering it was during the New Year period."

"The location is excellent, with the guesthouse and convention center both in this area. When checking in, the front desk attendant asked about my booking channel. Upon hearing it was Ctrip, he even upgraded me to a lake-view room. The view is spectacular, and the scenery is beautiful. In the morning, the sunlight streams onto the balcony, and opening the curtains reveals a picturesque landscape. The room is spacious, with distinct living and sleeping areas. The layout and amenities are fantastic. The breakfast selection is varied, but my favorite was the congee with dried bamboo shoots, and the coffee was delicious – an Americano was perfect for a morning boost."

"I have poor sleep quality. Because I have an exam the next day, I informed the hotel in advance that I need to reserve a quiet room. The front desk receptionist reserved the quietest room for me. As a result, there was a water leak upstairs at night. It was a lot of noise all night. I fell asleep at 10 o'clock and didn't fall asleep until 2 o'clock. The sound of water was sometimes loud and sometimes small, like setting off firecrackers. I couldn't fall asleep. I called the hotel room aunt, and they came to find the cause in time. They also tried to change the room for me to sleep first. I was very angry because I was woken up, but their service attitude was very good, and I was embarrassed to be angry again. When I had breakfast in the morning, the lady and the manager apologized to me and helped me reduce the room fee. "Room aircon was preset to very high (26C) during winter time. Room temperature was high and not able to adjust. Compliant to the mgr but was told the temp is controlled by the central aircon. The room service brought in a fan, can’t believe it was tagged as 5-star hotel"

"I have heard of the reputation of Ningde Shanshui Hotel for a long time, so I chose it when I came to Ningde. The transportation is very convenient. It is very close to many scenic spots and landmarks in Ningde (Jiaocheng), such as Tashan Park, Wanda Plaza, Jinghai Tower, and Ningde Museum. There are also buses that go directly to Ningde Railway Station. Moreover, when I arrived, I originally booked a business king-size bed room, which was upgraded to an executive king-size bed room for free, which made me feel much more comfortable. The buffet also has Ningde characteristics. I look forward to my next visit to Ningde and renewing my relationship with Shanshui Hotel. 😊"
