"Stayed with an infant, specifically booked a non smoking room and despite confirming it at the front desk upon check in, we were given a smoking room. Apparently they're all the same except that it's cleaned before hand, strong smells still linger. The shower drain was partially blocked, water overflowed meaning unable to take a proper shower. AC was not the strongest as it couldn't cool the room to our desired temperature. Otherwise clean and convenient location near the train station."
