"I’ve stayed four days and enjoyed the daily bus service to Haram it was 24/7 days, the receptionists are professional and approachable.
The room service was friendly and supportive. The room was mid clean not immaculate but it was nice, the TV was working well.

The staff were genuinely lovely and attentive throughout my stay. "We had a very good experience at this hotel. The location is good and amenities, including the laundry room is also available. The reception was great and allowed us do an earlier check-in. There is no breakfast or dinner for individuals (they cater big groups who cone via travel agencies only). I would highly recommend this place and come again."

"Al Ebaa have been our favourite hotel everytime we visited the Holy Mecca. The location was very strategic. Its just a 6 mins walk to reach Masjidil Haram. However, bear in mind that there were steep hill road you have to walk to reach Haram. The hotel were really clean, smell good. We reach early in the morning, the check in process was really smooth. I recommended you to add breakfast cause it was fantastic."

"First of all, if you're Turkish, you absolutely must stay here. The cuisine is perfectly suited to our tastes. There were guests from all nationalities, and everyone was happy. I came individually, not as part of a group, and this is one of the best hotels close to Al Haram. There's a 24/7 free shuttle service to Al Haram. I saw some negative reviews; may Allah guide them. 10/10 for value for money. You can stay here without even looking at other hotels."

"Good hotel, standard room, average cleaning but improved with personal input and employing self cleaning techniques, staff is great but young men are not fully trained for a thorough cleaning, this can be improved. Friendly staff, ready to help from receptionist to the security guards and porters. Hotel looked much nicer and cleaner in general due Ramadan outlook. Didn’t try food, we been out and about. I am staying in this hotel since 2017 occasionally and must say there seems staff shortage after covid, which if considered can help improving services again. Overall I surly will recommend staying at the hotel 💚"

"This is the first time ever I felt disappointed staying at this hotel. 2 days in row my room was not getting cleaned, I put the trash bin outside the room so that they have initiative to clean up the room, but they only took the transh and changet the plastic bag instead."

"The hotel is clean, and the room is too; it has everything you need. There's a slight odor in the toilet, but it doesn't affect the room. The buffet is good; it's not a 5-star, but decent for the price paid. The bus, however, only comes once an hour, which is inconvenient. There are no restaurants nearby, not even Algerian ones."

I didn’t put high expectations at first, but honestly the service and staff deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
My stay here during Umrah was excellent. The room was comfortable for the three of us, and the amenities were great there was a coffee machine, kettle, and even an iron provided
The bathroom was quite spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Only one small thing the room could use more lamps 😌. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment I checked in until the time I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were professional, warm, and genuinely attentive to every detail. The service was seamless, the room was immaculate, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming.
I truly felt cared for throughout my entire stay. This hotel consistently delivers outstanding service and comfort. I am always impressed and will definitely be coming back again.

What I really appreciate about this is The receptionist ( a lady which her name began with M - i think she’s Indonesian originally , I forgot her full name - sorry)
She was very helpful and kind. The service guys are always nice. The staff at the entrance of the dinning were very friendly. The buffe was delicious and had variety.
The only not very pleasant experience I had was with this 2 specific security guards at the front entrance on the 25th Feb around 8:00pm. They acted very rude and unhelpful ( I don’t know their names but they need to improve in their humanity and manners.
Other than this, I has a very pleasant experience here mostly.

GGuest UserFantastic hotel. Extremely clean (and fragrant lobby). We had a twin deluxe room with Haram view; spacious, comfortable and plush. Breakfast was also solid with good hours (6:00 to 10:30). We checked out on a Friday and they allowed us to check out after Jummah salah.
The hotel is actually quite close to the Haram. From reviews online I was unsure, but in practice it's a few minutes walk to King Fahd Gate 79. For getting into the Haram I think it is quicker door-to-door than the Clock Tower hotels. For getting back from the Haram to the hotel, that is a bit longer depending on where you exit the masjid anddue to a slight uphill walk (nothing very demanding, non-elderly should be fine), though the walkway gets congested at busy times.
Alternatively, there is a shuttle which takes you from the main hotel entrance to street level in less than 2 minutes; from there you take escalator/lift to the Haram.
Would highly reccommend; only cons here would be no lotion in the bathroom and shower water pressure/temperature was not that high (very minor issues!)

AAnonymous UserOur stay at Pullman ZamZam Makkah with Kaaba view was wonderful overall. The direct view of the Kaaba from the window made this accommodation very special and added so much to our visit. It’s truly a location you won’t forget. The hotel staff were friendly and eager to assist with any requests, and the walk to Masjid al-Haram took just a couple of minutes — super convenient for all prayer times. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though I think some areas could benefit from updated furnishings. Still, the atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant, and I would happily stay here again if I visit Makkah in the future.

The shuttle service to masjidilharam is perfect, but the gate under clock tower most times are closed, unlike before. So we have to divert to jabal umar area before arriving the outdoor courtyard.

She was a wonderful example of dedicated nationals who go above and beyond to serve the guests of God (referring to pilgrims or visitors to holy sites) with such warmth, cheerfulness, and excellent service. My thanks also go to the buffet staff and our Saudi coffee server, Abdulmajeed, and the rest of the team. Thanks to everyone for a truly unique experience!
