The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. First, she handed two cups of Mengniu yogurt. The room was clean and tidy. The security guard was serious and responsible and helped wash the car, which made people feel warm! The most important thing is that the riverside willow Yiyi is very close to Fat Donglai, very close to the ancient city of Caowei, Zhong Lingxiu, and the people are outstanding! The hotel staff were friendly, and when I expressed my upgrade request to the front desk manager, they readily upgraded me two levels to a balcony room. The balcony room is on the third floor, so the view isn't great, but the balcony is spacious, making it quite pleasant to have tea or smoke outdoors. The room itself is large, and they thoughtfully provided tea sets and tea leaves. The bedding was comfortable, and the smart home system was very convenient. A great experience. If there's any improvement, adding a coffee table and chairs to the balcony would make it even more beautiful."

"From Qingdao to Zhangjiajie, we stopped in Xuchang on the way back. We got off the highway at 9pm. The hotel is not far from the highway. It looks very grand from the outside. The lobby is also very gorgeous and well decorated. We booked a standard room. Because we brought children with us, we asked in advance if we could help put the beds together. The cups and towels in the room were all plastic-sealed, which was great. There were disposable toilet mats and wet wipes. We hadn't had dinner when we arrived, so the front desk gave us two bags of food, bread, yogurt, and children's washing supplies. After playing for several days, this hotel has the best breakfast, with many varieties, as well as spicy soup and tofu brain. It's a pity that there are too many. I had diarrhea in the morning and didn't dare to eat too much, so I drank a bowl of millet porridge. 😭 I feel particularly at a loss. I'll come back to eat there if I have a chance. There is a fast charger in the hotel parking lot, but I didn't understand how to use it. It's very new. I gave a small bracelet when I left. The service staff are enthusiastic and all smiles. "Because I have to visit Fat Dong, I will stay at this all-season hotel almost every holiday.
Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to Fat Donglai Angel City. Sanitary conditions are also guaranteed, this must be praised.
But this year there was a sudden noise problem, writing to friends traveling for reference.
First, the air conditioning noise problem, when sleeping, you can hear the sound of the larger air conditioning indoor operation, the air conditioning is about 123 three stalls, I use 2 stalls. This hanging headset can solve.
Second, the noise problem of music downstairs suddenly appeared this year, and the direction of the park began to end at about 22:00 every night at about 19 o'clock. If the window is not closed, the sound will be louder. Although the hotel is on the upper floors, it will feel like playing music outside the window, which will seriously affect sleep. If friends who come to travel in spring and autumn need to open the window to sleep, you can refer to living on the other side. If you sleep late, you can."

GGuest UserThis is an excellent place except aging facilities. The staff are very friendly and upgraded us to a better room for free. Free tea and fruit snacks are available. The breakfast is absolutely better than some of the 5 star hotels. The room service is great. The staff whom I forgot the name helped me with my luggage to the taxi. Xuchang is a pleasant surprise for me and my friends. We will definitely come back.
