"The hotel boasts a prime location, conveniently situated next to Qiyi Road with easy access. Parking is right inside the compound, and it's just a few minutes' walk from Pangdonglai Times Square and the ancient capital of Cao Wei.
Especially the member price of 151 yuan for a deluxe king-size room (30 square meters) is an absolute steal!
The room was clean and tidy, with a separate shower and toilet, a smart toilet, and disposable toilet seat covers. The washbasin was separate from the bathroom, and disposable towels, makeup remover, hand cream, and hand soap were all provided.
A sofa, a desk, a huge TV screen, and complimentary late-night snacks were also included. Excellent! It made up for the disappointment of leaving Pangdonglai Angel City empty-handed and added a lot to my trip to Xuchang."

"It might have been due to the May Day holiday rush, but the hotel's cleanliness wasn't up to par. There were leftover food stains on the table right inside the entrance. However, after contacting the front desk, they promptly arranged for cleaning and even offered two complimentary breakfasts, which was a very timely solution. The location is excellent, very close to Pang Dong Lai Angel City store. The parking lot is connected, which is a great convenience. When we left Pang Dong Lai, the hotel helped us input our license plate number so we didn't have to pay any additional parking fees."

"Came to Xuchang with the kids, and everyone highly recommended this hotel when we were looking for a place to stay. We stayed for two nights, and it was indeed very good. The transportation isn't great; you'll need to take a taxi to get around, or it's more convenient if you're driving. The hotel is very large, and the service is absolutely fantastic – it feels like everyone is really striving to be as good as Pang Dong Lai! If you need anything for your room, a quick call and it's delivered right away. They also bring fresh fruit daily. The staff genuinely treats guests well, not just going through the motions. The only drawback is that the hotel breakfast is just average, and the restaurant is a bit small. During holidays, their capacity seems a bit stretched. Hope they can continue to improve!"

"The hotel's location is truly excellent and quite central. To the right, just straight out of the hotel, is the Ancient City of Weidu. Not far behind the hotel is Chunqiu Tower (which you can also reach by walking from the Ancient City of Weidu), and across the street is Pang Dong Lai Times Square. If you head left from the hotel, you can get to Wenfeng Pagoda (passing by Pang Dong Lai). Maybe I just enjoy walking, so anything within 15 minutes doesn't feel like a big deal, haha. For Baling Bridge and the museum, you'll need a taxi, but they're quite close, so a taxi ride isn't expensive – it's just a bit far to walk. Wanda Plaza is also quite close if you take a taxi. The hotel environment is very comfortable, and the rooms are also very comfortable, clean, and tidy. I had a very pleasant stay. Plus, the hotel service is absolutely fantastic! The front desk and every staff member were wonderful – very gentle and polite, and they handled things incredibly fast and efficiently. I really give this a huge thumbs up!"

"Facilities: I booked a twin room, which was very comfortable to sleep in. The hotel also allows you to choose pillows. I chose a buckwheat pillow, which was very good. "I was expecting for a reception employees to know a little bit of English. When arrived I was surprised that I have to find a way to translate everything to Chinese. Then next day this was corrected, and I found that they put an employee that knows a little bit of English to the reception. Also, for that type and size of hotel, it would be great that they have something for relaxation and training - either gym, or SPA, or pool, etc. Everything else was great and I could see that they were giving their best to make my stay pleasant."

"I stayed at Rebecca Hotel with my parents on June 25 and had a very pleasant experience overall. Although my first room had a noticeable smell of smoke which affected my rest, the issue was quickly resolved after I spoke to the lobby assistant manager, Ms. Zhao Yanfang, during breakfast the next morning.
Ms. Zhao was extremely professional and helpful, within about 10 minutes, she arranged for me to change to another room on the same floor with my parents.
Throughout the rest of our stay, she consistently greeted us with a warm smile, helped open doors, pressed the elevator for us, and even made light conversation. Her genuine hospitality stood out from the rest of the staff and made us feel truly welcomed.
A big thank you to Ms. Zhao and the hotel team, employees like her are a real asset to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to come back again!"

GGuest UserI cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless.
We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them.
Why this hotel stands out:
• The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden.
• True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful!

AArtem ShakirovI had a very pleasant stay at H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) and would gladly choose this hotel again. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to Pangdonglai, shops, restaurants, and public transportation, yet the area itself is quiet and comfortable for rest.
Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. Even with limited English, communication was friendly and effective, which made the stay much easier.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed with a modern style. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the room was well soundproofed, allowing for a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and complete amenities.
Breakfast exceeded expectations — a good variety of fresh and tasty dishes, suitable for both Chinese and international guests. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which was important for work and daily use.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, high service standards, and a comfortable environment. I highly recommend H Hotel (Xuchang Wuyi Road Pangdonglai Branch) for both business and leisure travelers visiting Xuchang.

What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的

From the welcome at the front desk to the parking lot, everything is in place, very friendly, and the hardware configuration is also very comprehensive. Breakfast was not included when booking, but the front desk took the initiative to give it to me and said that breakfast was 29 yuan per person. I didn't expect much at first, but unexpectedly the breakfast was very rich! I really stayed at a treasure hotel. I couldn’t help but ask the lady at the front desk if the hotel had anything to do with Fat Donglai. Of course I got a negative answer🤣The reason why I asked this was really because of their service It can be called the ”Fat Dong Lai” in the hotel industry, haha.

GGuest UserThe experience of staying here is very satisfactory! The room is more spacious and bright than expected, the decoration style is simple and modern, it looks very new and clean. The floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view overlooking the city street. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and a good night's sleep. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is fast and stable.
The details are also very intimate: a variety of charging ports are provided, a small refrigerator is full of drinks, and free tea bags and coffee. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out procedures were fast. The location is also very convenient, walking to the subway station and the surrounding business district is very close.
Very good value for money, whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it will be the first choice next time!

AArizona EdThis is a wonderful property! The staff are very friendly and the location works very well for me. My only concern is that smoking is allowed in the hotel. I believe it is that way in all of China. I think Hotels should not allow any smoking but short of that, they should designate at least one or two floors as completely, not smoking. Cigarette smoke has been proven to be deadly to both the smoker and those people are around them. It is unhealthy and it just smells bad. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping and the security gentleman outside are all wonderful people and have made me feel very welcome here.

GGuest UserThis hotel stay was quite a pleasant experience. The bedding felt soft to the touch, and the sheets and duvet covers looked clean, which made for a very restful night's sleep. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. They also patiently gave me directions to a nearby snack street when I asked. The room was very clean; there was no dust on the floor, and no water stains on the bathroom sink. The bathroom was dry and overall, it was excellent value for money.
