"I love the peaceful sense you get when you are here.🤩 The hotel is in a quiet area and a 20 minute car ride into Xuchang. The hotel is very clean! The staff are super friendly and very helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. A child size set of toothbrush and slippers we're brought up for my nephew, without being asked for. I feel the hotel is considerate of guest of all ages. 😍 The lady in the fitness room went above and beyond to accommodate me by showing new around the pool area and getting the trainer for my question about a piece of gym equipment. The pool was temperatured well.
The room was well cleaned. The bed was super comfy and had 2 pillow options. The shower felt amazing! There is a balcony on every room, I think.
The landscape is beautiful to look at. I enjoyed the balcony view from my room then took a walk around the campus just for a closer look.
Breakfast was good, as it was a basic and full Chinese buffet. The restaurant and room service are only open during certain hours and ordering Meituan/food delivery takes at least 45.
Overall, i plan to stay again."

The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. First, she handed two cups of Mengniu yogurt. The room was clean and tidy. The security guard was serious and responsible and helped wash the car, which made people feel warm! The most important thing is that the riverside willow Yiyi is very close to Fat Donglai, very close to the ancient city of Caowei, Zhong Lingxiu, and the people are outstanding! "From Qingdao to Zhangjiajie, we stopped in Xuchang on the way back. We got off the highway at 9pm. The hotel is not far from the highway. It looks very grand from the outside. The lobby is also very gorgeous and well decorated. We booked a standard room. Because we brought children with us, we asked in advance if we could help put the beds together. The cups and towels in the room were all plastic-sealed, which was great. There were disposable toilet mats and wet wipes. We hadn't had dinner when we arrived, so the front desk gave us two bags of food, bread, yogurt, and children's washing supplies. Second, the noise problem of music downstairs suddenly appeared this year, and the direction of the park began to end at about 22:00 every night at about 19 o'clock. If the window is not closed, the sound will be louder. Although the hotel is on the upper floors, it will feel like playing music outside the window, which will seriously affect sleep. GGuest UserThis is an excellent place except aging facilities. The staff are very friendly and upgraded us to a better room for free. Free tea and fruit snacks are available. The breakfast is absolutely better than some of the 5 star hotels. The room service is great. The staff whom I forgot the name helped me with my luggage to the taxi. Xuchang is a pleasant surprise for me and my friends. We will definitely come back.
