"The front desk staff were very friendly; on our first day, the receptionist even escorted us to the elevator. The room had a great view, and it will be even better once the construction on this side of the bridge is finished. The latex pillows ensured a good night's sleep every night, and breakfast was abundant. The downsides are that the room wasn't very well-ventilated and had a slight odor, and the air conditioning wasn't very strong. For a short holiday stay, this place offers excellent value for money. Overall, I'm satisfied."

"Basic business hotel in the heart of Yuyao. Short walk to Yangming Guzhen for dinner or a beer/pizza at Nanni’s. A few good places in the square over the road. Good breakfast, nice staff, good coffee machine. Recommended if you want a clean budget hotel."

"Great location, within walking distance or a short taxi ride to attractions like Yangming Ancient Town and Yangming's Former Residence. The hotel just opened recently, so there aren't many guests yet. A big plus is that the rooms don't have that typical new hotel renovation smell. However, the room was quite stuffy and I actually broke a sweat a few times during my stay over Chinese New Year. The hotel is also very close to Yuyao Station, so you can clearly hear the trains rumbling by on the tracks."

"After enjoying a weekend at Siming Lake, we headed to Yangming Hot Spring Resort. The resort itself is quite spacious. We bought a package that included hot spring tickets, and even though it was a weekend, there were quite a few people at the hot springs. The hot spring area isn't huge overall, but the environment is pleasant. Our room was large, clean, and tidy, and it even had a small balcony. You can take leisurely strolls around the resort; it's a great place to relax and unwind."

The feeling of being at home began in the first second. Parking is very convenient. The hotel has its own ground and underground parking lots. There are plenty of parking spaces and easy access. It is too friendly to self-driving tourists. After entering the room, the first feeling is clean and tidy, the bedding, floor, and bathroom are spotless, you can use it with confidence. The sound insulation effect is particularly commendable. I was worried that the street would be noisy, but the window was closed and it was very quiet. I slept at night. In terms of facilities, although not luxurious, it is very complete. The network is fast, the TV can be cast, the air conditioning is strong, and the shower water temperature is stable. The details are also in place, such as providing disposable toilet pads and charging cables, which is very intimate. "The room's floorboards were coming up, causing me to trip several times. The breakfast during the May Day holiday was an extremely poor experience; there were barely any dishes, completely incomparable to other local hotel brands. There was no space, it was crowded, and not a single waiter was in sight. Only one security guard was clearing dishes, very slowly, and it was obvious he was just helping out. He pushed a three-tier cart and left after only filling the first level. I asked him to come back and clear our table, but when he returned with the second cart, he was clearing other tables instead. We waited a full 20 minutes for our table to be cleared – big thumbs down. No cutlery, no food, nothing much to eat. Paying for breakfast felt like a rip-off. Overall, the dining experience deserves a 0. The front desk service was okay, but everything else was terrible. I will never come back. For those looking for an international brand, I'd advise caution."

"We arrived at the hotel around 8 PM on a rainy night. We couldn't drive to the lobby because there were barriers preventing entry. The problem was, the entire hotel was deserted and dark in the heavy rain. It took us over ten minutes to find the lobby in the rain. It felt like the hotel was lacking staff; otherwise, 8 PM in summer isn't late, is it? There should at least be a staff member at the entrance to provide directions. Since we weren't the only ones who couldn't find the lobby, we discovered that the shuttle buses were parked side-by-side at the lobby entrance, getting soaked in the rain. After checking in, we learned it was a hotel owned by the Kaiyuan Group, so the service quality issues we encountered were understandable. During the day, the overall environment and the Chinese-style garden were quite nice, but the lack of service awareness and service level is a common problem in most domestic hotels. The complimentary fruit consisted of a few cherry tomatoes and a cucumber, which we had no appetite for because several of the cherry tomatoes were split open. It would have been better not to offer them at all. There were even guests openly smoking in the lobby! There was only one staff member, who was busy attending to other guests and probably didn't notice."
