All the group members took taxis to the hotel to take a shower, and then took taxis back. It was spectacular. In this incident, we also have to praise the Ctrip platform customer service. They have been tracking the handling of the incident, kept contacting us, and finally asked the hotel to arrange two free meals for the team. This made everyone see the positive attitude of the platform. It deserves praise for this."
