"This hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the National Museum, with subway and tram stations nearby. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being close to a main road, the double-glazed windows kept the room quiet, allowing for a good night's rest. The downsides were the lack of in-room tea/coffee facilities – if you're not used to tap water, you'll need to bring your own bottled water. The Wi-Fi was also a bit unstable, and breakfast was just adequate. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay."

"Itravel a lot and my reviews are mostly positive but this hotel doesn't care about the customer considering I booked for $140 per night. The first problem was that our room which was 111 didn't have a phone number for the reservation. Second, the room was very cold and I told the reservationist and he said we will change your room tomorrow but he didn't. Third, the bathroom fan was constantly on and I told the reservationist to come and see and he couldn't do anything and the noise was very annoying. The second day, considering we had requested it, our room wasn't cleaned and the reservationist didn't do anything again and offered us a breakfast voucher every time. The rooms are small but very clean and the interior is new and the bathroom and toilet were clean but very cold"

"After staying two nights in the Old Town, the price became too high when I wanted to extend my booking, so I switched to this hotel for my last day in Prague. This hotel has a large lobby and atrium, typical of a business hotel. It immediately pulled me out of 'vacation mode' and into a 'business trip for a conference' vibe, haha. However, it's actually quite close to the Old Town, less than two kilometers away. A taxi ride isn't expensive, and it's just a few stops by public transport. So, staying here for tourism is also an excellent choice. After all, it's new and very modern, which meets most people's needs."

The kettle,coffee and tea are provided..The front desk staff who checkin us were helpful and friendly.Overall all staff are nice and helpful,from the front desk,room service and those who serve for breakfast..Breakfast was delicious,i love my hot cappucino and latte macchiato.We stayed 4 days 3 nights.The problem is taxi would not drop off or pick you up infront of your hotel.I need to to drag your luggage along the padestrian street to find a spot for taxi.But if you don't mind a little walk,that should not be a problem because this hotel is located at the prime spot,Old Town and walkable to many spot to visit and the souvenier shops are everywhere..I would recommend this hotel to others and i will stay here again"

"Pleasantly surprised, for the cost it was a large, comfortable room, high ceilings and equipped with everything we needed. Although it’s unmanned everything ran smoothly and location was great too. Ate dinner in the restaurant and also tried the breakfast, no complaints. Would highly recommend"

"This hotel made our stay in Prague especially nice!!! 🤗✨😍 Starting from the lovely aromas of cinnamon and various herbs, warmth, which you feel as soon as you step into the hotel, to the beautiful melody of the piano, which creates a particularly wonderful atmosphere during breakfast. The breakfast is excellent, varied, buffet-style, a large selection of cheeses, salads and traditional cakes. The room is very clean and spacious. Every time, after returning from a walk, a completely arranged, clean room, with new towels and cosmetics, would wait for us. There is a metro station right in front of the hotel, and it is easy to reach all parts of Prague. I can only say the best things about our stay at this hotel, and about all the employees who make this hotel outstanding.🧡🧡🧡"

"The hotel was great in general. Could travel to many places by public transportation, the breakfast was very impressive, which had lots of choices and better than many 5 stars hotels I would say. GGuest UserWe are just back from the Angelis hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. The room was excellent, breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was very friendly. The room had air conditioning which was excellent as the weather was extremely hot. Plenty of things to do around and of course plenty of nice

PPengskyThe hotel room was very spacious. However, they assigned us a disabled-access room even though we hadn't requested a special room type. This meant the bathroom facilities were all quite low, which was a bit inconvenient. The service attitude was decent, but considering the price, it offered reasonable value for money. The breakfast was okay; nothing particularly special but clean. The overall environment and infrastructure were good, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

There are several bus stops within 20 minutes of leaving the house, and there are many restaurants around. The cleaning is timely and clean, and the breakfast is also good. Very cost-effective

KK-KHWe booked three rooms for a group of six and stayed for three nights. Upon check-in, we immediately found that the rooms were significantly smaller than what we had booked. After having contacted front desk and Trip.com, rooms cannot be changed and we were only offered very minimal compensation without clear explanation for the discrepancy in room size. We felt very frustrated not to mention the time wasted seeking for remedies.
The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring main attractions but several aspects of our stay did not meet expectations. 1. Room Size & Cleanliness: The room was small and the overall cleanliness was below average. For instance, the hairdryer full of fingerprints and grease (no hygiene bag) is put right next to clean bath towels. 2. Privacy Concern: An uninvited housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to promote a €25 hotel branded teddy bear, which is totally unacceptable and lack of respect for privacy. 3. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a wide selection but it was served in the bar area (where is the main entrance of the hotel to reach hotel front desk) and mezzanine floor with fairly limited seats. Food was laid over bartender’s countertop that created a chaotic and stressful environment especially during the breakfast peak hours. 4. Security Concern: As the hotel was modernised from a historic building, there are structural limitations e.g. the staff / housekeeping lift and dedicated lift to the rooftop bar share the same lift lobby for hotel rooms. The bar lift somehow also provides access to hotel room floors. This poses security concerns since non-hotel/bar guests could potentially access hotel rooms without any security checks.
This hotel would suit travelers who prioritize location than any things else. Based on our experiences, it should not be classified as a five star as it claims for.

GGuest UserLocation is definitely fantastic, but everything else is an absolute miss. Overall, I would NOT recommend.
1) No AC unlike a hotel. There were 3 days with extreme heat and I was given a fan. You will sweat when you sleep.
2) SUPER NOISY. Even till 3,4am. You can’t sleep at all.
3) No room cleaning service even though my stay was 6 nights - they are supposed to clean the room once every 5 nights.
4) Trash cleaning not done on some days.
5) no humans - can’t find help if you need.
6) check in details only available a night before. If you are flying in super late and check in late, good luck with that + no humans to help you if you need any.
7) area is full of people lurking around, not safe for ladies.
8) will never stay here again.

The location is perfect—close to public transport and within walking distance to the city center, yet in a quiet area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Prague.

GGuest UserWhen I made the booking, I had entered 3 adults and 1 child, but at check-in, they only had 3 adults in the system. That was a bit disappointing. When I showed my Trip.com booking confirmation, the hotel staff said it might have been a technical issue.
Luckily, I was able to check in my son without any extra charge, but the room was only prepared for 3 adults. So my kids ended up sharing the couch. I went to the reception and kindly asked for an extra pillow and blanket, which they provided.
That’s why I can’t give 5 stars.
Parking was €35 for 24 hours, and breakfast was €20 – which I found quite expensive.
But overall, the stay was okay – the hotel was very clean and in a central location.

PPetr PohlRoom was clean, not much lit. Missing free outlet, or outlet near bed. Only free outlets were one in the enterance room and one in the bathroom.
There was a gap under the front door with light from the yard under the door.
Internet wi-fi was not fast (down 12 / up 11 Mbit) but stable. TV was showing only 10 german, 2 czech and 1 russian channel.
No instant coffee bags, but there was electric cattle, free tee bags (2 fruit, 2 black) and sugar bags.
Water taps in the sink and shower are separated, and it takes some time to set required temperature.
Not sure if the ladder radiator in the bathroom was working properly when turned on to maximum.
Tiles in the entrence and bathroom were cold.
Breakfast was delicios and with wide choice.

Ddaniel-maThe room is slightly smaller, but the breakfast is very rich and there are quiche for the Chinese. Sports facilities, bar is very full, driving to the city of Prague as long as a quarter of an hour. Very good vacation choice
