"Both the location and room condition were absolutely perfect. Breakfast was superb, offering flexible hours and a wide variety of dishes. We checked in late at night, and the taxi driver, not knowing the exact address, dropped us off at Kampa Restaurant. It took us a little while to find the entrance, but the hotel itself is charmingly old-fashioned. It's incredibly close to Charles Bridge, making it easy to visit multiple times a day. Prague Castle, the Lennon Wall, the Kafka Museum, and even Café Savoy are all within easy reach. We particularly enjoyed the park right in front, which was great for people-watching, and on Saturdays, a flea market sets up just outside the accommodation. The shower stall is a bit small, which might be a tight squeeze for larger guests, but overall, it offers fantastic value for money and I wholeheartedly recommend it."

"The rooms are a bit dated in terms of decor, but offer good value for money. Its prime location, just 200 meters from Charles Bridge, puts all major attractions within easy walking distance. During our stay, when temperatures soared above 30°C, relying solely on a fan during the day was quite challenging. Thankfully, the significant temperature drop between day and night meant it got much cooler in the evenings and mornings. The Deluxe Room (20 sqm) only offers a sofa area compared to the Superior Room (16 sqm), which we didn't find particularly necessary. From our window, we enjoyed views of Charles Bridge and St. Salvator's Church."

"8-min walk to shopping mall. Apartment-like room with separated shower and toilet maintained in excellent condition. Although the exhaust fans were noisy when you turned them on, it’s a pleasant stay with clean bed and good breakfast."

"The hotel location is walking distance to metro station. It is very convenience. However the hotel amenities was quiet outdated such as no coffee machine just instant coffee and tea. Please be careful and check first the mini bar as we experienced that one of the mini Vodca bottle in our room has been opened while we never consumed it. Good thing we informed the receptionist immediately and to our surprise according to the receptionist we have consumed 2 bottles alcohol drinks while we only consumed sparkling water and cola. Please check the mini bar first in order not get a billed on what you never consume. The breakfast menu is the same every day. So if you stay for longer time it could be quiet boring as they never change their menu. Overall the hotel is good for the price that you paid."

"Our stay was lovely, we are so happy with the staff - kind, helpful and welcoming, perfect location 5min alway from Karlov bridge, clean and specious rooms with radiators to keep you warm and cozy, there was a cleaning lady coming to clean the room, make the bed, fold our pijamas that were left on the bed, leaving new 4 towels everyday. Nice atmosphere and design of the rooms, nice, big and delicious breakfast with a lot of food and drinks options. We recommend this hotel and the experience!!!! xx"

"Location: Very close to Prague Main Station, and it's easy to walk to the Old Town. The airport bus is right at the train station, making transportation incredibly convenient; you can even get around on foot without needing a car. Facilities: The room wasn't large but was very clean, tidy, and bright. Breakfast: Served underground, and it was also very good. Service: Everyone was very enthusiastic. Overall, it offers excellent value for money."

"Clean and tidy, the location is very convenient, there are subway and tram stations nearby. The breakfast included is not bad. You can eat a full meal before going out for the trip. The variety is quite rich. The meals are a little different every day. You can also have brunch if you get up late."

"Ridiculous staff refused to return stored luggage I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room, facilities, and the staff who checked us in on the first day and greeted us at breakfast were nice. When I checked out on Friday, Sep 13, a staff member even offered to store our luggage before we asked. Everything was satisfactory up until this point. Later that afternoon, we returned to the hotel and asked a middle-aged male staff member at the front desk to retrieve our luggage. He said we could not get our luggage until 4 pm, pointing to my storage receipt, which had a number 4 on it. I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule or any reason why a hotel would refuse to return stored belongings to their owners at any time of day. It just didn’t make any sense. We repeated our simple request, and my friend added that it was an emergency—we already had a taxi waiting outside (parking was difficult, and it was raining heavily), and we didn’t have much time to get to the train station to catch our FlixBus at 3 pm. Still, the male staff member refused again, with a stern expression, repeating the same nonsensical reason. Running out of time and patience, my friend yelled, “Are you kidding me?” At that point, the staff member finally admitted he was joking and took us to the storage room to retrieve our luggage. We were in such a hurry that I didn’t have the time or presence of mind to confront him further. If the hotel values feedback, I hope this male staff member is made aware that this “joke” was not appreciated and that his behavior was highly disrespectful of our time. Our sense of urgency was clear—if he knowingly decided to “tease” us in that moment, it shows a completely unacceptable level of disrespect. I don’t intend to discourage people from booking this hotel, and it’s unfortunate, as all the other staff we encountered and everything else about the hotel were otherwise excellent. This one staff member, however, turned what could have been a perfect experience into an unpleasant one."

"It's a little far away from the subway station. But the room is neat and clean. The breakfast has little variation but it's not too bad. I think it's reasonable for its price."

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made our arrival very pleasant. We were given a beautiful room with a balcony and a stunning view. The room was perfectly clean and well-prepared, and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the convenient parking option. Although we didn’t eat much, the breakfast looked very good and offered a wide variety. We would be happy to return in the future and thank the team for their hospitality."
