"It's very close to the train station. The room and bathroom are spacious, but the facilities are average. Because we arrived early, the front desk asked for our permission and added €59 for early check-in, which also upgraded us to a larger room. There was a slight leak in the plumbing when we checked in, but the hotel immediately fixed it. They also offered us dessert and champagne, and wrote us a card to apologize, as they felt we had a bad experience. However, after three days, they didn't give us new sheets, and the bathroom fixtures were stained, so the cleanliness wasn't very good. This is my second time staying at an NH hotel in Europe; the first was in Barcelona, and it's considered a good hotel for the price."
