"The location is good, just across the road from the station. There are restaurants along the path outside the hotel, and an aeon supermarket in the other direction. A bottle of water is provided every day, and there are spare supplies on the first floor. The downside is that there is no laundry room and no humidifier in the room."

"There is a direct bus from Izumo Airport. Arrive at Anadoko Onsen Station. Walk 100 meters past the hotel. The decoration style of the lobby retains the feeling of the Showa era. I like it very much. Every service staff is very polite and enthusiastic. Unfortunately, there is no buffet in the morning. Will do it next time Come again."

"It’s really a very good hotel. I didn’t expect anything from Shimagen, but from the beginning of landing at Izumo Airport, all the way to the hotel, I met very warm and friendly people. The staff of the bridge management were very enthusiastic and responsible. The design and facilities of the hotel can be said that I have lived in the top three in all Japanese hotels. The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. "The hotel staff were very friendly and it was a shame that the hotel was not on the Lake Shinji side, but the buffet food for dinner and breakfast was very satisfying. The location was great and the hot springs were free-flowing from the source, which made my skin feel so smooth and amazing. I would definitely like to stay here again, on the Lake Shinji side."

"The hotel is located beside Songdao Lake in Songjiang. The high-rise window overlooks the lake. The exterior of the hotel is not very large, looks inconspicuous, and the layout is thoughtful and thoughtful. Japanese-style rooms are clean and comfortable in the evening. The dinner and breakfast were rich and exquisite, but unfortunately there were many cold dishes, we were not used to eating. The hotel is not far from Shimane Museum of Art and Matsue Castle. We bought Yokkayama and Sanin jrpass tickets, and you can take the Matsue cycle bus, which is more convenient to walk around. Matsue Castle has a long history, and the Shimane Museum of Art has a pleasant scenery, but it was unexpected that the Museum would be closed on Tuesday, so that it would go again the next day."

"The location is excellent, which is exact as the name across Matsue station. The staff from the front desk are very nice. You can pick up some daily necessities near the front desk (e.g. toothbrush, comb, teabags). I can open a 30 inch luggage and still have reasonable space in my room. RRravlThis hotel is so nice that I booked two more nights. There is free coffee, free snacks, and even a free facial mask (not for covid, it is for beauty). The co work space is good. But the network speed is not fast enough for online meeting.

They guided us from the moment we entered the hotel and asked us about food allergies, whether the towels and bathrobes in the room needed to be changed every day, cleaning time and meal time, and escorted us to the door of the room. One night and two meals, I almost cried after eating, and it cured my problem of not eating fish. Their mixed soup requires special clothes, and there are very few people.
The hotel also has a shuttle bus, see the time in the picture below. I always go out and take the bus to Matsue next door.
There is no hot water in the bathroom of the room, and there is no hot water in the shower. Is it my personal problem?
The projection of Shimane and the hotel's promotional video in the mixed soup has no sound, so disappointing.
The Shimane snacks given by the hotel for two days were all robbed by the deer in Miyajima, so cruel. 😂

Breakfast is ok. It is Shinjiko Shijimi miso soup. The number of items is not so much. But it's not bad.
I'm glad that there is a hot spring ♨️ ☺️ I was relieved that there was a card key for women.
I'm glad to drink drip coffee ☕️ freely ♪
There was only a smoking room and I stayed there. There was an air purifier and a deodorant. ３ It smelled for a day. It's a reflection.

- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

The single private room is super small with only a bed. Well, there is no problem with lying down and looking at your phone. It's a private room, but of course, you can hear the snoring in the next room, as well as the sound of opening the bag. It might be better to have an earphone.
However, there is an inner hot water, the location is good, and the price is sufficiently satisfactory.

RRaymondTo be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate.
