"The hotel has a very good location, which is a big advantage. There is a coffee shop nearby, a convenience store, and many places to eat within walking distance. This made the stay very convenient and enjoyable.
The room itself is spacious and has a nice layout, including a comfortable single bed and large windows with a great panoramic view. I really liked the view from the room — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
However, there were some cleanliness issues that were quite disappointing. The carpet in the room was very dirty, and the slippers provided were also not clean, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.
In addition, the water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, which was inconvenient.
Overall, the location and view are excellent, and the room size is good, but cleanliness and some facilities need improvement."

"The location couldn’t have been better. They provide parking, for SUVs, there is a separate parking lot which is nearly 4 mins walk from the hotel. And they also reimburse parking charges. The room is appropriately spacious, well-furnished and clean. And the bathroom is also very convenient and provided with basic things. It could be better to have different coffee and tea options in the room. But it is fine. For me and my family, if we go to Jeju again, would surely stay here."

The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the sun loungers by the pool require a fee; you can only use the benches for free, which is extremely inconvenient.

"This resort is great, the environment is lovely, and there are various styles to choose from. The Korean-style villa is very spacious, and the underfloor heating keeps it toasty warm. The Royal Suite has a private outdoor hot spring, which is quite comfortable, but it takes a long time to fill up. There aren't many staff at the hotel, so you'll have to carry your own luggage. However, the minibar in the room is complimentary and restocked regularly. I recommend avoiding rooms near the restaurant, as they play music at 6 PM, which isn't ideal for light sleepers. Everything else is good though! 👍"

🌊Olle walking path by the sea + observatory: You can enjoy ocean views right from the hotel, no need to rush to popular cafes.
🛏I booked a sea-view room; there was no strange smell. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided. The scented toiletries are exquisite, worth 200 per bottle, and include body lotion and conditioner.
💁🏻♀️Top-notch service. They offer turndown service in the evening, and room service is very responsive.

GGuest UserThe overall service was good, and the rooms were marked with nationality, so Chinese-speaking assistance was available by phone. We could also request a child toilet seat. However, the overall facilities for families were a bit lacking compared to domestic parent-child hotels. There were no complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste, so we had to bring our own or buy them from a vending machine. Only two bottles of mineral water were provided per day, and anything extra had to be purchased. Seogwipo City felt better for exploring than Jeju City, and both were about the same distance. Hyeopjae Beach is highly recommended. There was a sashimi place in the complex that was delicious, but Mom's fried chicken was just okay. For BHC fried chicken, the front desk could help order delivery, and it was a 15-minute walk away.

Service: The front desk staff are fluent in English, making communication effective. There's also a Chinese guide detailing all hotel policies. Note that check-in is strictly after 3 PM; early check-in incurs an extra charge.
Cleanliness: Housekeeping is prompt, and there's a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient.
Facilities: Features a kids' play area, karaoke room, gym, and a swimming pool on the 8th floor.
Overall, it's definitely worth staying here when visiting Seogwipo.

GGuest UserFirst, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations.
Now, for the pros:
1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance).
2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes.
3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English.
4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious.
5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport.
Areas for improvement:
1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them).
2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better.
Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side.

카카말아스가르I went to ICC Jeju for GCIM 2025 conference. This hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance from the ICC. The staff is very cooperative and kind. He can also speak English. The room service and cleaning fascilities are best 👍.

GGuest UserWe really loved this hotel. Very close to the bus stop, so easy to get around. Also next door to the market which was very cool.
We didn’t like the light system for room and bathroom, we found it very inconvenient. Unfortunately our second night there the air conditioning unit stopped working. After trying everything it absolutely would not turn on again. We sent a message to trip.com but as it was after hours, we couldn’t get any real help. They offered to switch our rooms but then stopped communicating with us all together. In the end our room was 32 degrees. An unfortunate way to spend our last night on jeju :/

GGuest Useri had a room with washing machine inside (need to get own detergent, otherwise use the common guest one on the reception floor) and it had drying feature too!
Got a drying rack from the reception as well.
The room also had a sink and induction stove but had no other kitchen furnishings (eg: no pot, plates, utencils, etc) other than water boiler.
However, one big downside to their room is the lack of sounproofing, i could hear the next room!
Location-wise, is near Olle market snd bus stops but it was hard to find open restaurants sometimes..I recommend a nearby ramen shop called Japanese Rmane House Yurayura!!

LLow HLocation is quite good but need to be careful as there are 3 Shin Shin hotels very closed to each other. Room is clean and spacious but bed is not very comfortable for me. Appreciate that there is washing machine and fridge there. Car park was very small but we could park opposite the hotel, FOC. Overall, a nice stay!

GGuest UserFirst of all - the perfect stay, favouriting. This is pretty much a two-floor townhouse with widest possible 3 bed rooms and all facilities included (plus three toilets and bath-tube). Very warm at winter. Very enjoyable stay.
A bit of details. The unit is a part of mini-city of similar houses around. It is built right in the forest. The architects were brave enough to keep original trees around, so your windows are looking directly into the forest - with all the singing birds, tree branches nearly touch your windows (btw, the third photo is from one of the windows). It is very silent place, with breathtaking volcano views.
From facilities point of view, the project looks like suffered from financial hardship - most of the things in the minicity that were planned - are still on the plan or were outsourced to another companies (though, I am sure, once the project is completed - the price will double at least). There is no restaurant as such (at the time of writing), at or even around the place; swimming pool is largely incomplete. The BBQ mini-room in the center of the house (which is directly under naked sky) totally rot beyond repair, but I admire designers decision to build it. Never saw anything like this before. I bet it can be rebuilt.
Deliveries to that area does not work - too far. So if you hungry at night - you don't have too much of options than a ramyon or cooking yourself (saying this, we discovered 이승악식당 next door - saved us greatly at lunch time). Gym equipment looked very rich, though the gym room is a bit disproportional in size - barely fits it all. Btw, we found a great table tennis table there.
Overall it's a great civilization escape. Few things to be planned ahead but waking up by the sun shining directly to your eyes - unbeatable. I believe it's the one, where wife's and husband's opinions differ :).

GGuest UserDuring the Mother's Day long weekend, it was incredibly comfortable to stay in such a spacious hotel with three beds and hot shower water, all for just 2300 per night. It even had a dining table and a kitchen island. While it's not a luxury hotel, it was truly comfortable. It's close to Jeongbang Waterfall and Olle Market. The best part is that if you walk uphill, there are tons of cheap restaurants, and the black pork BBQ across the street is also quite good. There's a CU downstairs, but its opening hours are inconsistent. If you turn right when you exit the hotel, there's a local convenience store that's very authentic and has a wide variety of items.
