"Before we even got out of the car, a handsome guy from the front desk came over to help with our luggage – the service was exceptionally good and super enthusiastic, definitely five stars! The room itself was spacious and very clean, and the window view of the snow-capped mountains was stunning. There was also plenty of snow right next to the hotel, perfect for playing in. They even helped us with transport when we left, which was incredibly thoughtful. Staying at Jingbei made our whole trip to Snow Town so easy and comfortable, and the price was really reasonable too. I'm extremely satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it! ❤️"

"The room was exactly as pictured, and you could see the snow right outside the window. We woke up early to watch the sunrise and take photos from there, and the kids had a blast playing in the snow behind us. Right outside the door was a viewing platform where you could see the whole town, complete with a swing. For lunch, we ate at the host's place. You could order from a menu, and we had dumplings and stewed green beans, which were absolutely delicious and so affordable. When we were leaving, we almost missed our high-speed train, but the host was kind enough to drive us to the station. We're really grateful! I'm definitely coming back here to stay for ten days to two weeks once I retire."

"The Xuyunge Forest Hotel was a very comfortable stay. The price was incredibly affordable for being inside the scenic area, and its location right within the Snow Village scenic spot, not far from Xueyun Street, made exploring super convenient. The room was spotless, and the traditional 'kang' (heated bed) was wonderfully warm. The bedding was also comfortable, and I appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The hotel service was excellent too; they patiently answered all our questions. Breakfast offered a good variety, and overall, it was great value for money."

"I had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful. The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night. Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer"

"This Northeast 'kang' hotel was the biggest surprise of our trip! From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded our expectations and warmed our hearts. It was impossible to drag our luggage through the snow, but the butler kindly brought a cart and efficiently transported everything, so patiently and thoughtfully. When we checked in, they even brought us authentic frozen pears, frozen persimmons, and other specialty fruits; their icy sweetness was incredibly refreshing. The warm 'kang' was spacious and comfortable, instantly dispelling all the cold and fatigue. Here, you don't just experience the authentic 'kang' culture, but also the meticulous human touch. I sincerely recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the warmth of Northeast China!"

"The room was very clean and not far from the scenic spot. The owner offered pickup and drop-off, and was really nice. If you need to book tickets, definitely ask the owner! (I learned this the hard way!) It's super convenient. At first, due to my own misunderstanding, I didn't quite get the ticket booking sorted, but the owner patiently explained everything to me and arranged for someone to pick us up. I'm really grateful. They treated us like their own younger sisters, showing such care. I've never met such a wonderful hotel owner. I initially misjudged them, but I truly recommend everyone to stay here. Hot water, disposable towels and toothbrushes are provided. The underfloor heating isn't too dry or stuffy either. While traveling, the duvets at this inn were incredibly comfortable – the best sleep I've ever had, just like the blankets at home. Before, in Harbin, the rooms were dry and stuffy, and the blankets were uncomfortable, hard, and cold. So, if you want convenience: 1. DEFINITELY ask the owner to book your tickets; they can be delivered right to the inn's doorstep. 2. Otherwise, it's a bit more troublesome: you'll have to wait for the owner to pick you up at Mudanjiang mountain gate (which is a bit far and cold)."

"Health gave 4 points because the cotton swabs and paper used in the drawer of the bedside table were not cleaned. The environment is no problem, and various commonly used items such as common drug power cords are prepared in the lobby. Very thoughtful. The service is contacted by WeChat and very enthusiastic. The facilities are 4 points because the bathroom is anti-smell and the bath is slow. However, the room is quite big and the decoration style and layout are very satisfactory. Less than 10 minutes walk from the town train station, a very quiet town. The breakfast buns on the right hand side of the bridge hole are particularly delicious. Overall very satisfied. recommend"

"I really have to commend the butler service at this hotel! It's right in the center of Xueyun Street, so you step out and you're in the bustling main area. The butler was amazing, following up from my arrival at the station until check-out. They helped me avoid tourist traps and even booked discounted tickets for me. The room was meticulously cleaned, not a speck of dust even in the corners, and the facilities were well-maintained. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xuexiang."

"Traveling during the summer vacation, I'm finally getting around to writing this review now, during the National Day holiday, and for that I apologize. I was traveling with my mother, and we were incredibly fortunate to have booked a stay at Jiuyue Homestay. The owners, a husband and wife, gave us such a warm welcome and took such good care of us that five stars just don't feel like enough – it deserves a perfect ten! The cleanliness, environment, and facilities were, of course, excellent, but the service was truly exceptional. The owner not only proactively picked us up from the train station and enthusiastically introduced us to the travel routes and attractions of Hengdaohezi, but after we finished our visit to the Siberian Tiger Park, he thoughtfully brought our luggage to meet us there and then dropped us off at the high-speed rail station, saving my elderly mother from unnecessary back-and-forth travel. Moreover, when an unexpected situation arose during our stay, the staff actively helped us resolve it. Through our conversations with the owner, we sensed that he is a person with big dreams, genuinely wanting to make his homestay succeed and grow. I highly recommend everyone choose Jiuyue; you are guaranteed to have the best experience."

"The homestay staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful from the moment we arrived until we left. Everyone was lovely. The facilities are great, and the room layout shows good taste. The photos and videos of the room posted on TRIP are exactly how it is, maybe even better. The breakfast was delicious and quite unique, reminiscent of Korean banchan. - Photo 1: Hotel staff picked us up from the Snow Village ticket office and took us to the accommodation. I accidentally left something in the car that brought us there, and the staff enthusiastically helped us, waiting with us. They even helped us communicate since we are foreigners. - Photos 2 - 9: These are pictures of the room I booked, 8707. It's located at the end of the second-floor hallway and has a view of the ski slope. - Photo 10: My dinner. I ordered too much food for lunch, so I finished it for dinner. But I didn't have any rice. The homestay owner cooked extra dumplings for us to go with it. - Photo 11: Breakfast at the homestay. - Photos 12-15: We enjoyed ourselves at Snow Village. If you're unsure about anything, don't hesitate to ask, and the homestay will provide enthusiastic assistance. The homestay staff guided us and showed us various photo spots. - Photo 16: On our departure day, the staff also helped with our luggage. If you're taking a coach, just provide them with your trip details. Your suitcase will be sent directly to the car's trunk. The send-off was very thoughtful.
