The service is excellent— they even picked us up right when we got out of the taxi and helped carry our luggage.
We were lucky to get an upgrade to a spacious and lovely room, and the heated bed was very useful during the winter season.
When we had to leave early in the morning, they even prepared breakfast for us to take away.

"Thanks to the front desk guy Mohammed, who upgraded the room for me and my family when it was Chinese New Year, ordered takeout, and provided us with celebratory drinks. He is a photography genius, and the small town video he shot is comparable to a blockbuster. The recommended route is perfect!

"The guesthouse was exceptionally beautiful, new and clean, a real treat to behold. Having breakfast on the terrace was especially refreshing, with its clean air and stunning views – truly invigorating.
We were driving ourselves and had arranged with the guesthouse beforehand to park at Hotel Parador at the foot of the hill. We stayed for two nights, paying 60 dirhams. After parking, we called the guesthouse, and a young man came down to meet us and help with our luggage (finding the place ourselves wasn't easy, as we had to climb a hill; the guesthouse is quite high up).
The guesthouse provides bottled water and drinks, but not in the rooms; they're in a small refrigerator in the lobby. You have to ask the young man, and he'll provide them.
The guesthouse is great for taking photos, and the alleyway in front is also very picturesque. It was the most expensive place I stayed during my two-week road trip in Morocco, but I felt it was well worth it.
It's also very close to the hilltop mosque for sunset views and panoramic views of Chefchaouen."

"Booked hotel casa miguel , arrived there but we were sent to another hotel Anexo, went there with bags of 15 minutes, the room was different, not that in the photo, it smelled very urgently, But this problem in all the hotels that are in Riads and it was still cold, although the air conditioner worked all night but he didn't heat the room, more in such hotels I won't stop, but the girls who work there were very friendly and polite Karima and Amina seems, they tried to smooth everything! The breakfast was the most common on the terrace. I think the price and quality are not in line!"

SSy1234Our first stop in Morocco and it was roof perfect- great location in the Medina, clean, great breakfast at the terrace as described and even provide cold filtered water! Our driver did not drop us off at the right location but Emmad sent someone to help us with our luggage up the stairs. Be sure to contact the riad for directions to avoid climbing the stairs! Communication was easy. Emmad also helped and recommended great drivers and guide for our next leg to Fez and Merzouga- it was extremely helpful especially as we did not have a lot of time and one of us is pregnant. Highly recommended!

In the town, you need to walk to arrive, the room is clean and tidy, the big bed is big bathroom, no smell and flaws, the bedding is good, sleep comfortably; the boss is fluent in English, very good communication, catch up with the Gurbang Festival, it is recommended to go to the station later (no one goes early), the service is good; This small hotel is on the 4th floor, the roof is still a good place to stay, the scenery is good. Highly recommended, worth living.

The only advantage of this hotel is that it is clean and hygienic, and the location is in the old town. When we went there, it was under renovation and the top floor was not usable, but fortunately we could take a panoramic view of the Blue City.

I advise you to walk to the terrace early in the morning and listen to the singing of birds. Thank you to the staff. Very hospitality, attentive and caring people. LLiangyingchunLocated on the main road at the entrance to the old town of Chefchaouen, it takes a 10-minute walk to reach the core area of the blue town. A six-story modern Chinese hotel, it's a little better than Home Inns in China, but it's pretty good in Morocco. It's more practical and comfortable than a Moroccan-style B&B. The hotel chef is from Shandong (so he said) and can provide Chinese meals for three meals a day, which is a great treasure for me who has been in Egypt and Morocco for 20 days. If you have tried various riads in Marrakech and Fez and want to go back to a modern one, consider this one.

GGuest UserThe room is comfortable and exquisite, and the typical blue decoration of Chefchaouen is outside the door, like a fairy tale world. Very close to the central square of the old city, with many restaurants and souvenir shops. The clerks are a few handsome young men, very polite, warm and considerate.

MManuThe Hotel is Very well located, Just few steps from the Kasbah and the old town.
It has lovely views from the rooms of the Rif mountains.
The staff is very nice, they helped to relocate us in a different room, they speak various languages.
Although I have to say they even though we saw the pictures of the Hotel online, the front desk lady, gave us the worst room, and the Hotel was almost empty due to low season.
Being honest, this is NOT A 4 Star hotel. For many reasons, at best a 3 star and stretching it. The decoration and furniture are VERY OLD, the windows in our room where broken so they didn’t close well. The Bathroom mat had holes in it, and the closet doors didn’t close well too. Some of the hall decoration looked very sad and very used, also it lacked light in it.
The breakfast was very poor in its variety, (no fruits, or vegetables, no yogurt or cereals).
It’s not a bad place, but if you are looking for a 4 star accommodation or amenities, this is not the place for you.
I don’t think it was a fair price for what they are offering.

孙孙COCO的老公The sanitary conditions of the family hotel are average. I haven't cleaned it when I went there. I feel that no one has lived in it for a long time. There is no air conditioner and only an electric fan. The head shaking function is still broken. The toilet is close to the shower pool. The water flow on my head is very small, and there are very slippery white tiles under my feet, one square meter, I feel that it is not safe to stand in the bath, so this is the only place where I did not take a bath during my trip to Morocco, although I sweated a lot.
