Awesome experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the restaurant had such a relaxing vibe. The room was clean with a nice view, and the service was fast and efficient. Housekeeping was also fast and friendly. It has definitely become my favourite hotel in Jakarta!
Unfortunately, card payment was not available for room service, which was a bit inconvenient

The location is wonderful for business trip , there are shopping malls connected that provides wide range of food. The view of the hotel is very good too.
The front desk staff is helpful and you will be notified by sms when the room is ready. The room is using glass bottle water that would be more environment friendly for travellers.
