"I booked this hotel thinking it was in a great location in the city center. However, it's above a wholesale market, and the moment you step in, there's a strong, unpleasant smell. The hotel facilities are old, the hygiene is poor, the amenities are lacking, it's very noisy, and the cups were dirty. What I found most unacceptable is that they don't even provide complimentary bottled water."

However, the linen and the towels need a serious update as they’re noticeably dirty and the towels especially have a weird smell to them. The water tank stopped giving out cold water and only had scalding hot water after a while. The location is nice but a bit tricky to access with a vehicle if you don’t know where you’re going. "The fridge barely cooled, it was practically useless. There weren't many dining options nearby, and a lot of homeless people made the area feel a bit uncomfortable. Luckily, there were a few convenience stores that helped solve a lot of problems. The hotel's common areas had a lot of mosquitoes, which might be a common issue in Jakarta hotels. The biggest flaw was the complete lack of a table and chairs in the room!"

"My family and I loved staying here. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. I was initially a bit worried about noise since the hotel is located on a fairly busy road, but our room was surprisingly quiet, and we had no issues with street noise at all. We also appreciated the water dispenser conveniently located just outside our room. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, as we felt there could be more variety in the food selection. The location is excellent, situated between Tanah Abang and Sarinah, both of which are just a few minutes’ walk away. There are also Alfamart and Indomaret convenience stores right across the street, which made it very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit."
