"Overall the hotel has a cool concept, nice common area and restaurant, good rooms and very friendly service that always has a smile ready. However, the linen and the towels need a serious update as they’re noticeably dirty and the towels especially have a weird smell to them. The water tank stopped giving out cold water and only had scalding hot water after a while. The location is nice but a bit tricky to access with a vehicle if you don’t know where you’re going. Great views."

"Nice location and good service. The hotel is well managed. They provide an airport shuttle from CGK, and the driver’s WhatsApp contact is shared in advance, making it easy to arrange pickup regardless of your arrival time. For departures, the shuttle to the airport runs every hour. Breakfast is available from 2:00 AM, which is very convenient for early flights. The price is excellent for what you get. The only downside is that the room is a bit dated and could use some renovation, but it wasn’t bad at all and was still comfortable enough for a short stay. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay before catching a flight."
