Stayed at Pullman Thamrin and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is definitely a big plus, it is directly connected to Grand Indonesia, which is one of the largest malls in Jakarta, making it super convenient for shopping and dining.
The hotel staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the stay feel welcoming and comfortable. Service was consistently good throughout.
Breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, though the flavours were average and could be improved.
One downside was the hotel pick up and drop off point, which was not very straightforward and can be a bit confusing, especially for first time visitors.
Overall, still a solid choice for its prime location and warm service.
