Absolutely perfect! Friendly, helpful staff, and a comfortable and relaxing room. Location was great for me, close to ESA's ESTEC center, and steps from the beach, delicious restaurants, and shops. The room has two twins snugged up to form a king, a table with chairs, and a couch for relaxing. Like many small hotels, the room does not have air conditioning, but they have a fan in the room that, when placed in front of the window, makes it very comfortable.

Met partner 2 nachten in suite (14) kunnen verblijven. Omgeving is dikke 10, dichtbij het strand, goede eetgelegenheden en winkels in directe omgeving. Suite zelf: Heel schoon en netjes. Voor ons wat zachte bedden, lange benen van partner waren lastig voor toilet, zit dan gelijk tegen laden wastafel aan. Bedden schuiven makkelijk uiteen waardoor flinke gleuf ontstaat. Door café aan overzijde begin van beiden nachten geluidsoverlast gehad. Met gesloten raam. Het is in Katwijk blijkbaar normaal maar er was zeer lage water druk zowel bij kraan als douche. Maar met geduld prima te douchen. Persoonlijk misten wij ook smart tv. Dachten nog even film of id te gaan kijken maar tv was geen smart tv. Maar goed, we hebben er alleen maar geslapen, er is in omgeving zoveel te doen. Prima accomodatie. Ontbijt op andere locatie voor ons geen probleem, hadden geen regen of kou. Prima ontbijt met veel keus.

In de loop van de jaren enkele keren gaan dineren. Kwaliteit is zeer hoog (daardoor ook 1 Michelin ster). Spijtig genoeg is er weinig aanbod in niet alcoholische aperitieven en dranken. Als alcoholvrije aperitief kregen wij van de ober 2 mogelijkheden. Het eerste was iets gefermenteerd (dacht ik of niet goed begrepen) en het t****e was een flesje Crodino waarvoor 11 Euro gevraagd werd. (kostprijs 1,5 EUR)... Ik spreek een aardig mondje frans maar al die specifieke ingrediënten, dat is een woordenschat die té moeilijk is. Op voorhand had ik de menu al bekeken en hetgeen onduidelijk was opgezocht. Maar bij de gerechten wordt regelmatig nog een bijgerecht geserveerd (heel mooi en lekker) maar de ingrediënten die de ober hiervoor afratelde, daar hebben mijn man en ik gewoonweg weinig of niets van verstaan. Misschien hadden we meer assertief moeten zijn en een Vlaamse kaart of toelichting vragen. De chef is bovendien een Vlaming.... Dat is spijtig en daar zou meer aandacht moeten voor zijn. Een groot deel van hun klanten zijn immers Vlamingen.

Schönes kleines Hotel fast direkt am Strand, bei Direktbuchung gibt es den Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazu, sehr praktisch denn das Parken ist hier ziemlich teuer. Das Frühstückbuffet wurde im gemütlichen Café serviert und das freundliche Personal hat uns einige Tipps gegeben. Die Zimmer waren einfach aber ordentlich ausgestattet und das TV hatte einige deutsche Sender und das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei....gerne wieder.....

Hotel steeds aan Zee heeft een centrale receptie, de accommodaties zitten op verschillende plekken in Katwijk. Wij logeerden 2 nachten in de Studio Suite(nr 14) in de Princestraat. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen: ontvingen onder het genot van een drankje goede tips voor ons verblijf voor diner en wandelingen. Prima ontbijt op paar minuten loopafstand. Studio ligt vlak bij de Zee en midden in het centrum. Wellicht is er daardoor in het hoogseizoen gehorig, maar wij hadden daar geen last van. Fijn dat er oa. een koelkast, waterkoker, thee, oploskoffie, en handzeep in het appartement aanwezig waren.

Alles was prima verzorgt en het personeel is heel behulpzaam. We hebben in het hotel verbleven. Het ontbijt was prima verzorgt en de bedden waren heel goed. Het is handig dat de receptie ook de VVV is.

Vriendelijke en warme ontvangst. Werd meteen een welkomstdrankje aangeboden. Fijne, schone kamer, goede bedden en mooie ligging vlakbij het strand en winkels. Ook fijn dat er een klein keukentje aanwezig is.
