overall it was great! positive: spacious for its price, close to sunway putra mall, close to putra ktm station, close to PWTC station, 10 min walk from chowkit. there is a drinking water refill vending machine in the lobby floor (floor 4), very nice view of the twin towers from balcony, access to rooftop pool with nice view. the internet is very fast. the downside: lack of working table, the LRT passing makes a lot of noise (its not so bad if everything is closed). The aircon takes a while to get going. the one on the small room is not even cold at all sometimes. one of the lift in tower B is sometimes unresponsive. the internet in the main bedroom is sometimes does not work. the master bedroom wall decor is a bit tacky. advice for other travellers: if you travel with families, make sure to ask for extra access card, so that you can get some amenities for your families downstairs. bring malaysian universal electric plug if you are not using standard malaysian ones, as all the plug in the house use standard malaysian plug.

Spacious place with a comfortable bed. The place was clean and check-in process was smooth. Unfortunately the place is located just near very busy road, and windows are not soundproof. The noise at night is disturbing and it's hard to fall asleep. The aircon remote does not work and you will be stuck with 18 degrees temperature.

The towels were gray in color, they quilt was light brown. For hygiene purpose white towel and beddings is ideal .The ac was broken , water was leaking . There was Cockroaches . However the customer service was good
