I had a wonderful stay at Homebrickz! The location was incredibly convenient with easy access to food and a 24-hour convenience store just around the corner. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the dedicated and friendly staff who made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Hotel was an absolute luxury and the staff were so friendly and welcoming! The location is a bit far from the city but I preferred that as it’s quieter, it’s super close (walking distance) to a scenic jungle trek too.
Pool was fabulous too, will definitely come back!

Located about 45 minute drive from the airport, this is one of the biggest properties I have seen in all of Kuala Lumpur and I was staying on the 33rd floor in block B. The room was quite big with a kitchenette, a double bed, a big bath and the view was absolutely stunning both during the day and night. The swimming pool is located on the eighth floor and is massive and the staff are really kind and will try to accommodate every thing possible for you. I really loved staying here. Initially when I checked in - I felt like the AC was not cooling the room but later realise that it was an extremely hot day as a result of which the AC was not able to handle it however it was not an issue for the other days of my stay.

Clean rooms with good facilities and convenience stores and an Indian eatery downstairs. Bit of a hike to the train station.Great value.

A decent and affordable place to stay with the family. The apartment was clean and tidy and the washing machine (with dryer) was a plus. There were some hiccups during check-in and a mix up with the rooms but it was sorted out. The only gripe was a lack of internet during the stay; the WiFi connection was present but no internet even after repeated requests.

I saw a lot of bad reviews about this place on here and on Google, I just thought it was okay maybe I will be lucky
I have never left bad reviews but I need them to improve
1. The staff is okay nothing bad about them
2. I don’t get why they don’t receive cash deposit I’m from Thailand I cannot scan their QR and it’s so messy to transfer by back acc because they need a lot of information so I just let them charge it from my card
Ps. They said the deposit would automatically be refunded to my card after I checked out but you know what it took 3 days!!!!
3. I booked a family room which was supposed to have 3 bedrooms but they message me something broken about their toilet so they just arranged another room for me all is fine but my parents room has the smell of cigarettes so strong + my room has a dirty spot on the bed you can see the picture
4. The driver asked me why I stayed because It quite far but this one I don’t mind
5. Okay now I will say good thing, this place have 7-11, convenience stores down there so it’s good
6. My room is studio room, the room is clean (except the bed) they gave you 2 bottles of water.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful in addressing my inquiries. While I understand the budget-friendly pricing, I believe basic amenities such as towels and floor mats should be readily provided, even if it's not a hotel. Cleanliness could also be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.
That said, I truly appreciate the kind assistance from the receptionist with yellow glasses, who went out of their way to provide the necessary towels upon request. The surrounding environment is pleasant, and with a bit more attention to cleanliness and complimentary essentials, the stay would be even more enjoyable. I hope that during my next visit, these items will be prepared in advance without the need for a special request.

Check in okay but quite slow. Have been there before easily check in but this time not so easy have to wait before being checked in. No towel provided. Already send messages in WhatsApp group several times but not respond. Already check out at given time but they called again said I not check out yet at 4.00 pm. What a lousy workers. Service quite poor for a nice and comfort stay. Other than that okay.
