Television doesn't have remote and wifi and hair blower isn't working.We bought adapter because the outlet is not universal.The staffs are not friendly😒

Check in at lobby counter they will collect rm100 depo during check in but when check out after they check the room they will refund immediately

Memorable 6hrs stay in KL.
GOOD accomodation for 3 pax. Clean and nice facility. Nice overview of the city. We arrived 3am, Front desk just hand in our key card upon arrival went and staffs ae friendly and accoodating. Comfy beds. Sleep well.

Very disgusting. Over 10 cockroaches in the unit. I saw a lot of cockroaches crawling in and out of the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom! It’s terrible!

The hotel was clean, host has arrange self check in for us, not so sound proof, noise from construction until 12am for my first day check in but we able to sleep
