Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed with a small balcony in the master bedroom. Lovely deep soaking tub. Fantastic views of KLCC from the infinity pool.

The hotel was overall very good. The room was clean and the location is excellent — very close to KLCC and easy to get around. Amenities were also nice and made our stay comfortable.
However, the service could be improved. They didn’t provide drinking water in the room initially, and I had to ask for it before they brought it. It’s a small thing, but it made the service feel less attentive.
Still, I’d recommend this place for its cleanliness, location, and overall value.

The location of the hotel is good, 15 minutes walk to klcc. The room and hotel were clean and the pool was close enough to see the klcc.

Royce residence is quite near to KLCC. Has a skypool and offers nice city view. The apartment is clean and has comes with utensils.

A very good location if you come and see Petronas Twin Towers
The room is good.
I have to give 4 stars for the cleanliness as the coffee mugs were dirty and the basin zinc is moldy.
Service is good too.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE, when you are driving, do not go to parking lot directly, check in first so that you can get access card to the parking lot and you can get free parking.
Royce Residences is 5 minutes walk to SURIA KLCC MALL. Lots of food around too.
