My stay at this hotel was unfortunately marked by several disappointing aspects. The reception staff were quite unfriendly, which set a negative tone right from the start. Additionally, the hotel is somewhat difficult to locate and not easily accessible on foot, which made arrival more stressful than it should have been. The elevator system was particularly frustrating—they were frequently overcrowded, and the key cards often failed to work properly. This resulted in multiple trips up and down without reaching the intended floor, which was both time-consuming and annoying. The room itself was reasonably clean, but the room service left much to be desired, only showing up when specifically requested. For a hotel of this standard, I expected more consistent service. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the condition of the poolside facilities. The toilets and showers near the pool were extremely dirty, which made the pool area far less enjoyable. Overall, while the hotel has some potential, it’s let down by poor service, maintenance issues, and a lack of attention to detail. Given these shortcomings, the price-performance ratio is simply not justified. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a great experience. One day before my arrival, the hotel contacted me via WhatsApp to explain the check-in process, which was helpful. For guests driving in, they will assign a fixed parking lot on the day itself . After parking, we had to go up to Level 51 to check in, which was a bit confusing at first. The process felt slightly complicated, but once we got through it, everything else went smoothly. Our room was on the 49th floor and had a stunning view facing the Petronas Twin Towers—definitely a highlight! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping is available between 4 PM and 7 PM, and they also check in via WhatsApp to see if you need service, which was convenient. The swimming pool isn't very big, but it's beautifully located with a direct view of the Twin Towers—great for photos and relaxing. Aside from the slightly complex check-in process, everything else was excellent. I would definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to others looking for a nice stay with a fantastic view.

Im very pleased with my stay at this residence. It was very centrally located making it quick and easy to ride grabs to all of the local sight seeing areas. The apartment itself was very large, modern and very well maintained. The rooftop has an excellent panoramic view of the city night and day, our balcony also allowed us a view of the pertronas towers. Would definitely stay here again and for longer stays it feels very homely.

An amazing experience and unforgettable at LK. Love this Royal Residence, just about 10 minutes walking to the landmark Twin Towers in downtown. And even more various shopping and eating by Ko l Lo places at all affordable you are looking for. We hu spent about an hour in a grocery store lower level inside of the tower. J H

I like the view from balcony and living room, the room is very comfortable for family and the service is good.
