Very nice stay will come back again. Pls allow baggage storage before/after checkout as the hotel does not allow residence to use their baggage storeroom meant only for hotel guests.

A 100-point hotel, highly recommended! The location is first-rate, the hygiene is also very good, it is very new and large, there is no problem for a family of 4-5 people to live in it, there are complete cooking utensils, high-end washing machines and dryers, the boss is very good, responsive to every request, and responds promptly!

The room is well-equipped, clean and hygienic. The apartment is in a prime location, 7 minutes walk from Pavilion Mall and 5 minutes walk from KLCC Park. Everything feels good. But the sound of the equipment on the 36th floor at night is very uncomfortable, a bit like the sound of large equipment on other floors (not very obvious during the day). In addition, please note that this is an apartment, not a hotel, but it is in the same building as the Empire Hotel.
