The TV is not working,the lift was not working,poor toilet,no place to hang your clothes in the toilet,not quite happy with the room,the phone even also not working…please refer photo…thanks…

The hotel is comfortable and located in the middle of the city, the receptionist was really friendly and polite. Enjoyed my stay here, will book again when we visit KL.

1. Friendly staff and clean room / hotel and good location- excellent!
2. I did not get the loft as booked bcoz claimed “rosak” buat was upgraded to a room with a window.
3. TV had only 4 channels,2 coloured and 2 black n white with the other 2, the others were either had to be “subscribed” or none tuned. Need to ensure st least local channels are available
4. coffee tea only available upon request- did not know and was not advised by counter- reception should inform guest during check in
5. Only had 1 rubbish bin- need to have at least 2; one in room and 1 in toilet.
6. Room was smaller then expected.
7. Aircond was not that cold even after running it at 19degrees. - perhaps requires service
