I recently stayed at the Imperial Regency Suites and Hotel, and overall, my experience was quite pleasant. The hotel offered a good balance of comfort, convenience, and value.

The hotel has a good location. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the parking lot had limited space. Overall, it was a decent stay with a good balance of comfort and convenience.

Everything good except the toilet closestool cannot be flushed regularly. Call for the service then more than 30 minutes only come and help you to flush the toilet.

Very good location. Just located 1 MRT station from mid valley. Easy to go every where by MRT. Big room space, good for family. But the cleanness need to be improved. Good deal always.

The premise is located beside LRT Kerinchi Station, which very convenient for me. Free parking space is provided by the hotel but it's crowded during office hour as the parking was shared by other private company which situated in the same building.
The room is spacious and clean. As it is located just beside Federal Highway, it's a bit noisy during night time.
