The hotel employees were all kind. And the room was always clean.
But the cleaning time for the room was sometimes in the late afternoon.
But overall, it was great stay.

Room is basic clean. Bed is very comfortable. Tv limited choices of channels. Interior ok modern looking
Location wise near to sogo, mydin and hkl. Parking spot very limited. Valet parking at around rm15/day. No choice have to spend some more.
Transparent toilet but got bidai from outside.
Breakfast is great. Food of many varieties. Got the best tea masala.
The pool tastes weird. First time mandi pool masin. Not kids friendly pool. Suitable for those who can swim and adult. Got bar beside the pool

This hotel was a good choice in terms of location to other places and also general room comfort. One on the elevator was out of service, which had us waiting for extended periods a few times but we tried to be tolerant. The general service was ok, checking in and out. We did get help with our luggage on arrival and departure. Thanks for a good stay,

Very poor customer service and communication regarding a early checkin request, otherwise the room was fine. Some dirty ac vents throughout the building.

Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel, it is located near to the main tourist attraction and was very clean.
Please note that there are two Hilton Garden Inn hotels adjacent to each other. This one is south, and the other is called North.
The only issue is that lifts are slow. Despite the fact that there are 3 of them, they need to better program them.

We booked with kl view room, the view was amazing if you couldn’t book the city view dont worry they have rooftop where you can see the view as well. The hotel closed to restaurants in kampung baru just walking distance. For the parking they have valet 15.90 for a day just leave the car in front of the hotel find small counter they will park your car
