Room’s lights not bright enough, sound proof was bad can heard people was talking outside the room, toilet floor a lot of water mark and bedsheet a lot of stamped and blanket dirty as shown in the photo not sure whether wash or change before so disgusting. Parking lot also limited and the cargo lift from the car park to the lobby was smelly. Other than that overall are fine hope the cleanliness can be improve.

While searching for a hotel, we booked here as we like Donny the cat. The fantastic staff were friendly, warm and attentive throughout our stay, especially Farid of front desk. Complimentary afternoon tea is good. We look forward to staying here again.

The rooms were very clean and the service was very good. The complimentary afternoon tea was nice and the staffs and receptionists were very helpful and welcoming. However, there was problems with the hot water in our room.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, located just minutes away from malls and train stations. Perfect for shopping and easy commuting, it offers clean, comfortable rooms and excellent service. Great location which near all shopping mall but with a quiet sleeping environment. Very nice staff and service. They will provide sweet soup dessert every night. Also, the room is big enough with reasonable price.
