The hotel location was perfect, within walking distance to all viral restaurant, damascus, kunafa crisp, yakiniku & many more. but the breakfast a bit disappointed as it was serve as room service not buffet.

Stunning hotel in the heart of KLCC! Location is extremely convenient, just one traffic light across lot 10 and only a 2 minute walk from Pavilion Mall. We booked the king suite and it was amazing! Very spacious with a huge bathroom. The room has a Marshall speaker, smart TV, top notch amenities, high quality robes and slippers, etc.
However in terms of hotel facilities, it was lacking - no proper pickup point, no gym, no swimming pool, etc. Despite that, I still really enjoyed my stay here due to the slick and comfortable hotel design and prime location

The location of the hotel and the view from the hotel are superb. The bed and pillow are comfortable too. Will book this hotel for my next trip.

Being loyal staying at Wolo and always our no.1 choice of hotel in KL, our visit this time was not up to par. They could have done better, some of staff seems to be unfriendly and could not assist to some of our request. But as always we enjoyed the room and location.

Good location where the hotel is situated. Room is clean and comfortable. Reception staffs are helpful. Would definitely choose this hotel again when I’m back.

The room is compact with basin sink located just directly opposite the two single beds. Services are good. Only concern is the traffic lights is just in front of the hotel entrance. Thus, there is space for vehicles to park and let hotel's guests with luggage to alight. Guests have to alight few meters away and drag the luggage to the hotel. Quite inconvenience.

The location is excellent and super convenient. The room was both comfortable and stylish. If I ever visit Kuala Lumpur again, I think I would still choose to stay at WOLO.
On the third day of my stay, the housekeeping staff forgot to restock the small towels, but that didn’t affect how much I enjoyed my time at WOLO.
I just hope the hotel doesn’t think I stole the towel—haha! I actually forgot to mention it during check-out.
