I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a perfect experience, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this visit was a big disappointment and will be my last.
First, the security guard at the car park was extremely rude and unprofessional. His attitude left a very bad impression right from the start, which is not something guests should have to deal with.
Then, at 10am, the cleaner repeatedly rang our doorbell, insisting on cleaning the room even though we clearly said no. Despite rejecting the service, he came back again in a short while, which was very annoying and intrusive, especially since we never requested housekeeping.
It’s sad to see how the service quality has dropped. I hope the management seriously looks into staff training, especially on professionalism and respecting quests’ privacy.
