room is spacious although a bit aging the hotel is . staff is helpful and friendly . 10 mins walk to titiwangsa LRT or monorail station . varieties of food around the area that are Delicious

The hotel looks gloomy and dark. Can walk to titiwangsa station around 10 minutes. Got parking but need to walk down the road since the lift did not functioning. Deposit RM 50. Quite spacious and got lot of cabinets to put your bags. The view is just old building. Got stains on the bedsheet and the carpet have weird smell

I wanted to get a refund due to the unavailability of parking. I go to the reception and talk to him and he said I could do that because the outside parking was full at that time and my Ford Ranger cannot park at the basement due to small space. So he asked me to cancel the booking and wait for 24h to process the cancellation to allow me to get a refund. But suddenly no refund received. Very bad!

The environment is unbearable and it will be scary for woman traveller. However the receiptionist is very friendly guy.
He gave me a room key after my checked -in, turns out when i went up, the room is not ready yet. There are 2 lift, only one is working and it looks so poor in maintanance. Would not recommend it.
