We had really great experience, arrived with buggy picked us. The staff was polite and attentive. Breakfast spread was good. Gym open 24 hours with nice kids club and swimming pool. Kids and I enjoyed it very much. On checkout we accidentally left our bag with phone inside, luckily we called the hotel and bag with other items were kept well. Keep up the good job! Wish to come again later inshaAllah😍

This is the second time that we came back to this hotel after a year…the service was not as excellent as before..😞 the staffs are not as friendly as before..the breakfast was average and the tiles at kids area are a bit sharp..my child got a few cuts at his feet..but otherwise the registration was fast and friendly..the room was clean and i even got a surprise birthday cake 🥰 thank you Mresort

The parking lot is far away and inconvenient. You need to call a taxi when you need to go in and out.but swimming pool is very nice

Tempat yang selesa utk seisi keluarga, the pool / the facilities/ the kids room and the food semua awesome ! Got the chance to stop by the M Spa and enjoy a massage too, not bad at all !
Cuma room dia tak spacious mana, biasa sahaja.
Pool dia cantik / besar, so much enjoyed. Boleh repeat next trip nanti.

The hotel room was ok , but I was a bit dusty in the toilet, but overall, it was great.
Facilities for kids are good, except the pool needs to be improved as there are chipped off mosaic on a pool floor that cause me a cut on my feet.
Food is just average, but a lot of choices for adult compare for kids.
